Then I'm left to wonder where you're getting your resources from and how you really even exist as an actual nation. You're definitely not RPing a pure government-in-exile, since you seem to have tons of resources still.

You can buy a suitcase nuke from russia for a little more than 10,000 dollars. Besides, I am not trying to fund a nuclear weapons stockpile to blow up the world or wipe out the human race 7 times over. I just want reasonably expensive, simple to maintain intercontinental ballistic missile that can fire multiple warheads. I will use it for defence and not to target civilions. I just want to wipe out an invasion fleet. Also, could I buy several copies of all the South Park episodes. I want to corrupt my citizens.

And plus, could we see your sources on the cost of a 'suitcase nuke'? Even assuming they're real. I just want to see the fictional story or whatever led you to the delusion that a small nuclear device costs a mere $10,000.

It was something on the history channel. I do not know exactly if 10,000 was the exact amount but it was pretty cheap. A suitcase nuke was developed by russia. It was a simple peice of uranium placed in a suitcase with explosives strapped around it. The origional explosion would kill only about 30 people but the radioactive fallout could kill thousands. Okay, I will buy a flying fortress and a bomb the equivelent of Fat Man.

Sigh... if you're gonna do period, then the Manhattan Project cost $2 billion. With inflation, that's $24 billion in 2008 dollars.
