Today, a glorious event has taken place. Today, over a thousand brave brothers in the public battled the army and tore down The Zansk Socialist council building and massacred all 300 members, including the president, in the name of the Zansk Black Fist movement. The Black Flag was raised over the remains of the building as the prime minister was shot dead. Seventy lawyers were also shot dead by the mob, one of whom, with his face painted black, declared;
"Now, Truly, humanity has progressed to its inevitable and unavoidable final stage; Where it began. We are the freest people in the world now, because we have no law, no government, no army to watch over us. We are Capitalist, because everything can be available and every man has property, we have freedom of travel as well. We are communist because everybody is truly equal, and we will have to work together. From now on, it is not the nation that decides what you can and cannot do, but the individual.
No country has an excuse to invade us:
A foreign soldier will not come here and see statues of a man, but statues of a fist, the opposite of tyranny, saluting not a man who profits from all this but saluting the right to do anything you want.
A soldier will not come here and see mass genocide, but people living naturally. We will have Councils of Dignity to make sure looting and rape is not occuring, and Councils of Respect to regulate both blood feuds, which are now legal, and respect to the environment and animals. This is the only regulation there will be, as well as the Black Fist Guard that will guard this free will."

The Black Fist Guard has announced that it plans to operate in other countries as soon as Zanski has gotten used to Anarchism.

The Republic of Greater Rhodesia, despite our distaste for socialism, must be forced into proclaiming its solidarity with the Zansk Socialist Council. Regardless of the economic policies of a government, Rhodesians feel that devotion to the rule of law is a key value of every good citizen. We hereby denounce the Zansk 'Black Fist Guard' and their flagrant dismissal of this principle. Furthermore, we find their actions, namely the massacre of the entirety of the Zansk Parliament, the Zansk Prime Minister, and seventy Zansk lawyers, to be repugnant and abhorrent. The Rhodesian Parliament, just several hours ago, passed Resolution 0810017, a bill officially denouncing the 'Black Fist Guard' as a sponsor of terror, and the Greater Rhodesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has added the 'Black Fist Guard' to its official list of terrorist organizations.

We cannot help but take note of the threat made by the 'Black Fist Guard' against all good and lawful nations. Greater Rhodesia does not wish to wage war, but we shall defend ourselves. We cannot allow the 'Black Fist Guard' free reign outside of Zanski, and will stand side by side with any nation attacked by this criminal organization. The fact that you have more than your fair share of nations labeling you as "terrorists" is not lost on us. Before we take military action we will first present some information to the anarchists so they can reevaluate the justification of their cause. We wholeheartedly oppose anarchism mainly because of the theories of the formation of government.

Theories of the formation of government:
Force Theory: Theory that somebody seized power and exerted their will over the lands until everybody got used to it. Though this may be true in some parts there are others where the other two theories would apply, in which case attempting to overthrow the government would oppose the will of the people.

Evolutionary theory: Humans and most other sentients are social creatures like ants and bees, a solid system of law and order are hardwired into them biologically. For example the pecking order within a group of monkeys resembles monarchy for humans. There is tons of scientific evidence within our scientific archives supporting this theory. Should anarchism succeed they would be destroying a system that is a part of us, they would be barring our natural right to demand law and order. It is something that sentient need. We naturally have pecking orders because it is in our nature to set up governments and abide by their laws.

Divine right theory: The FMA has made sure that this form of government no longer exists. So no point in expounding here.

Social contract theory: Holds that since humans are brutish, selfish and nasty critters life was short and generally unpleasant. Eventually some ages ago people began desiring a change of lifestyle and agreed to form governments in an attempt to suppress our lesser halves. This theory also holds that governments exist solely for the benefit of the people. Furthermore this theory states that people are free to give or withhold power given to governments because of this social contract. We discourage taking this power away because doing so will undo generations of progress and destroy any protection people have against themselves. Anarchy would revert us to the dark ages where those with the biggest sticks ruled harshly.

In addition to that I think one would conclude that whether a government is serving the people or themselves one can be certain that anarchy would leave the gap open for some power hungry villain in which case the force theory would apply and the proud anarchists who overthrew the "oppressive" government are sure to be replaced by a government that is worse than the original one. This is why Lizasaurians have stamped out anarchy within our borders and continue to do so, anarchy is pointless. Whether the government is overthrown or not our natures will forbid lasting anarchy whether its due to the part of us that desired government, law, and order or the parts of us that desire power. Since true anarchy is unattainable and government is inevitable save yourselves the trouble and form a meritocracy instead and focus on the welfare of your fellow man. And as for all the sensible people out there do not let anarchy take over your nations and destroy generations of progress and work!

The South Lizasaurian national guard, secret service and police were all ordered to take implement proper measures in order to prevent anarchism from rising in South Lizasauria. Moles were planted in subversive groups, all the authorities were ordered to implement counter-terrorism measures which made many places resemble England during the war on terror. Soldiers were garrisoned in airports and ports, police were armed with mp5s and G11s. Cameras and the secret service tracked suspected criminals. At the same time many social welfare programs were put up to help protect citizens from rape, abuse, drug abuse along with programs that made medicine easier to access for all. In doing this billions of job opportunities came up. The South Lizasaurian government's goal was to verify the evolution theory and the social contract theory in which the foundations of said government's beliefs were based.
