The Praetoriate of Alcatra finds it somewhat interesting that such an... empire does not have masters of it's own to tutor it's people. Or are the people within the Zalom Empire just lazy and as a result they must rely on the hard work of other peoples, nations and/or species to make any progress?

I'm sure that we are not a lazy species. We want more men to take care of our system while our men do something they're better. You should read the message above and you'll find that we take care of the construction system, the agriculture system and our culture system, which we're proudly present to you.

While I think we have a lot of a doctor's degree here. I also want to tell you that we are very care of Law & Order, Education (we just want more specialists, and why?) and Defense. We also proud of our environment very much. Thanks.

Sure, our enviornment, too.

The Imperial Republic would gladly send officials from the major industries to build up your industrial base, in exchange we would ask that all industries that send aid to develop your nation be allowed to construct factories and plants within your borders. These plants would hire Zalomian citizen's to make Republic goods.

We interested in your offer and soon our people that want to do your job will take the occupation. But we will make sure that it wotrh with us and safe for our enviornment.
