Polls show overcrowding, its causes and effects, to be the number one issue among urban voters. Which is why last year's Council elections gave the seats of the three most urbanized districts to the newly formed and up-and-coming Imperialist Party. While they are now the most powerful single party in the Council, they do not have the majority necessary to push their full agenda--militaristic Imperialism. Furthermore, if they did, the current Chief would not allow it.

They have, however, won over one Councilman from the CLP, and one from the RCCR, giving them a 5-2 victory in their latest effort--the Diplomatic Outreach to Voluntary Protectorates. Polls show overwhelming support for the measure, and J. Templeton, the Chief Elder, has signed it into law.

Therefore, hundreds of diplomats have contacted small, struggling nations with this offer:

* Reequipping, retraining, and overall strengthening of your defense force
* Military support in the event of attack
* Free trade agreement
* Funding and reformation of your educational system
* Investment in infrastructure
* Investment in your industry and agriculture

The Only Stipulations
* You accept Emperyan sheqels, and your own currency becomes backed by the sheqel
* You cede sovereignty in certain territories, allowing complete Emperyan control
* You comply with our laws, guaranteeing your citizens the same rights ours enjoy
* You repel any law that conflicts with ours
* You give the Emperyan government certain oversight in your own governance
* You learn either Hebrew or Latin

This agreement will benefit both our nations.

The Fascist Federation would simply like to state that most "protectorates" are larger than your nation. We also would like to issue a condemnation against the forcing of the protectorate to learn Latin or Hebrew- both are languages that are long dead and uncommon, creating a barrier with most of the world, therefore, damaging your economies. Our nation expects each citizen to be fluent in four languages, three of them common (English, German, Italian, and E.G.I. are the GWO's official languages)).

We also recommend sacking the people who voted for your nation to go on an imperialist rampage; you'd, to put it in layman's terms, have your ass handed to you on another person's ass before becoming an involuntary province of another nation ((LIKE MINE HOOOHOOOHOOOHUMHOO)).

As of this moment, the nation of Emperya is placed under the temporary protection of the Peacekeepers. Any and all unwarranted attacks against this country will be interpreted as an affront to Aleosite interests and addressed in full force.

For the future we recommend that the Emperya foreign department and government go through a reevaluation of their priorities and place the interests of their citizens above expansionist dreams that the country can't back up. Should the Council in charge of the nation wish to expand upon the temporary protection offered by Aleos and look for a permanent deal we are willing to open negotiations.

The Holy Marsh is currently embroiled in a civil war and one of the factions could crush your nation into the dust rather quickly. You can't have protectorates yet...how could your nation be overcrowded?XD

Honestly, I could probably turn his nation into a plate-glass farm in roughly ten minutes.
