The Holy Empire of Tybra is interested in such an alliance the fact that we are able to create one even more.
However it would be pleasant to have some form or skeleton of this alliance to build upon.
Though 2 points would We like to see:
1) Free Trade of all goods including all types of goods and services but excluding citizens of the alliance.

2)An International agency focused on arresting political freedom fighters, mostly those that fight for democracy and republics, within the alliance. And executing the political freedom fighters, while making high quality recordings of it for state broadcasts.

While I understand your weariness, I believe you misunderstand my purpose in proposing this alliance. It would mainly be to promote trade between somewhat like-minded nations. It would also be used as a grounds for single ruler nations to discuss international issues and prevent unnecessary and unprovoked wars. I appreciate the concern but it is unnecessary. "Well. What do we do? Do we trust this alliance?" Asked an advisor at the meeting going on behind him.

"Yes. But i don't want to pass up the offer of this alliance if it is trustable. Send a body-double of me and put a wire on him. Also, send armed gaurds and have them wait outside of the building." Said Lord Ragan II before standing up, walking to a minirefrigerator and getting a can of Mountain Dew.

As the airplane, a with gold in bzroque style decorated airplane, landed on the airfield, the knight of C prepared his documents and orders placing them in a led and leather briefcase.

When the airplane stopped two imperial guards came out dressed in a white with gold mixture of a modern times suit and 18th Century style officer clothing. Each of the Imperial guards had 2 Sabers with them and were ready too use them if that was required.
After them The Knight of C stepped out dresed in a white tuxedo wiht white gloves, though visible beneath it he wore a Mail armour.
After the Knight of C, 2 other Imperial Gaurds stepped out wearing the same clothing as the first two but now in black and silver.

"Now, where will this meeting take place?" Asked the Knight of C

An Aaronian Soldier in full military gear said, "It will be taking place at the Capital Building in the Conference Bunker. If you'll follow me I can take you via helicopter, or limousine"

Miller takes a seat.
He's wearing a pair of sunglasses, a black muscle shirt that says Zainzibar Land Army on the front, and a pair of green combat fatigues.

"Okay" said Aaron, despite a slight feeling of disrespect aimed at him he continued, "I would like to start by asking if you have any ideas for this alliance and how it should be run"

"Simple, a trade agreement and mutual military defense agreement. We'll trade with each other, and provide defenses for each other if attacked by a forgien nation. The only exception is if there are disputes in the Devious Tyrant Region, we do not wish an alliance to extend to far into DT affairs. how's that sound?"

"Perhaps you could expand on this Devious Tyrant Region issue"

"Devious Tyrant isn't exactly an open arms region, most don't want anybody bothering them, we'd like it to stay that way. If we have disputes, we settle it ourselves in the region, no outside interference. But that's it, if theres conflict with other nations outside of DT, we'll help you, and you can help us. That sound good?"

"We shall take the limousine" said one of the bodyguards wile moving towards the car. As the escort drove the limousine towards the secret meeting ground, Knight of C opened the briefcase to take a final view into the encrypted orders.
When they limousine stopped at it's destination the escort got out.

Two military men approached the limo and one said "welcome, I understand you are here for the Alliance meeting. I'll now escort you to the conference bunker."

The escort followed the military men towards the Conference hall inside the bunker, looking for a desganted seat inside the hall.

"Welcome to Aaronia Knight of C, we have been discussing the extent of the military alliance. I'll have a copy of what's been said printed out for you."
Out of two slots in the table, came gold plated name plates that then came together to form a triangular prism. This also happened for Miller. (This happened in front of each of the assigned seats) Then out of third slot came the stenographer's version of the meeting.

"As you might have anticipated Tybra has it's own wishes, one important issue we like to discuss first is ecomical freedom." The Knight of C said while reviewing what was said.
"First of all we want to decrease import taxes between our nations with 80%"
"Secondly less limitations for travel of goods and people of course notoff wanted people."
"3rd no import tax and free passage of any sold government property"

"So you are interested in nearly free trade with only slight tariffs. Perhaps we can completely remove government fees for traveling and transporting goods between our countries.
As far as military goes, I was thinking of a possible cooperative coast guard that can help secure our nations. This would be in conjunction with any existing navies or coast guards" Said Aaron

"Not at all, acording to several Tybra Scientists lowering the taxes will result in an increase in global trade from other neighbouring nations to ours to send goods through, this will also increase the amount and size of the commercial sectors and an overall growth of the national economy, and with it the states income as well.
Regarding military,or the current proposed idea of cooperative coastguards, thogu the idea sounds interresting we fear that protocols and reglations would create an ineffective coast guard system. Instead we suggest a network of warnings and possible threaths comming from central posistion in each nation wich transfers these message towards the other and so will not interfere with regulations.
Ragarding military support, were a nation of this alliance to be attacked we suggest that one needs to send a request for assistance to the global leader with a specific reason why, this to prevent other nations to get involved into ridiculous wars or provocated wars. This of course through special communication lines in direct contact with the direct leader of a nation.
Regarding attacking another nation and requesting assistance a reason is a must, also this must be done before attacking a nation to create time to act."

"That sounds well thought out and extremely reasonable. However, I think some sort of a cooperative military unit (ooc: similar to UN military forces) would aid our nations and it can only be deployed in extreme emergency or after agreement from the alliance"

"A unified army of knights" the Knight of C bursted out in laughter "My apologies, the idea is rather amusing.
The problem with such army is its leadership, in an alliance of dictators who will lead this army? That is my initial concern. Furthermore Tybra is not planning to hand over a part of it's military or funds for such an idea"

"The group would be led by generals and we would all send men to each other's countries. Each nation would have their own general or officer lead the unit based in their nation. However, I can understand if you don't wish for this. As far as trade, we should all agree to remove some of the bureaucratic check points and hindrances in trade that exist. Also, as far as the hierarchy of this alliance, should all who attend be considered equal or should we choose one to lead and moderate the meetings?" replied an unamused Aaron. He did not like his ideas being laughed at. If this guy had been an Aaronian he would be dead by now for such an insult, but he was not letting his anger show.

"I am greatly intrigued by this this alliance" a heretofore unnoticed woman spoke, "Though I would like to say that I prefer the idea of fair trade to the one of free trade mentioned by Tybra. There is nothing wrong with limiting the tariffs and beaucracy but limiting them to much could be harmful to smaller nations. Also Aaron's idea's for a military alliance don't sound altogether awful." She smiled softly turning her yes towards the rest of the party waiting for someone to respond.

"your propositions are interresting, regarding military we would agree however on the following terms:
1: Each nation can determin the amount of soldier being send and send to another nation
2: the maximum amount of soldier should be 500 including personal
3: Embassy members our troops stationed at embassies are not being counted into the maximum
4: Nations can withdraw their troops and send away other nations troops if they have a clear reason to do so.

Regarding Trade;
Nations should remove their burueacratic hindrances we agree to that.
However security at the borders should still be intact at some level depending on the security of the borders of the other nation.

Regarding meetings, there should be an equal voting system based on population with no more than 20% of the total votes going to one nation.
There should be a chairman who will be chosen each meeting. His main task is to hold order in the meetings and make the formal treaties." Said Knight of C coldly, trying to read Aaron's face and behaviour.

Aaron did not let his expression change in a way that gave away anything significant. He put on a look of intrigueness and replied, "That sounds fair. I also think the chairman should be able to break any ties in voting.

Also, we must decide if any military action must be done in excess of the 500 by a vote.

If we are ready, I would like to run as chairman. I hope I have you're vote"
