The Liberal Democratic Republic has decided to establish a program for foreign embassy in the capitol of Liberty City.

Requirement
----------------

The Maximum size of Embassies shall be 20 acres
Number of Staff and Guards must not be over 250
With 50 being the maximum number of guards
Guards are only allowed weapons of 5.56mm for rifles/carbines and .45 for pistols, NO explosives and armed vehicles.
4 armored vehicles and a helipad for two helicopters are allowed.
Diplomats are granted diplomatic immunity for all crimes, excepted for serious felonies.
