Name: Kingdom of Hospitlar
Race: Man, Prairie People (Prairie Dogs)
Population: 4 million Men
Government: The ones who rule the land of Hospitlar are an order of Knights, Hospitaller Knights of the Order of St. John. The leader of Hospitlar is the Blessed King Cathmor Adair, who is also the Grand Marshal of the Order of St. John. Blessed King Adair’s advisers are the High Counsel of Knights. The High Counsel is the ones who choose the next Blessed King/Grand Marshal. Their nominee must be accepted by the All-Saint, the spiritual leader of the Cult of Prometheus. If the All-Saint decides that the nominee is not worthy enough, the High Counsel must choose another nominee. If one is not accepted by the All-Saint in three months time, a joust between all Knights of St. John. This joust, known as the Joust of Fire, determines the new ruler of the Kingdom of Hospitlar by having the winning of the joust become the new Blessed King/Grand Marshal.
Hospitaller Knights: The Order was first a group of Temple Monks, known as the Order of Hos, who cared for the sick and wounded of pilgrims traveling to Mt. Kavkazky, to pay respects to Prometheus. The Order of Hos were trained in the way of healing magic. As time went on the people grew tired of these attacks so Blessed Chieftain Connor Cathmor reformed the Order of Hos from Temple Monks with the magic of healing into Warrior Monks. He renamed the Order to, The Knights Order of Hos. These new Warrior Monks were trained in the art of fighting by the great warrior himself, Blessed Chieftain Connor Cathmor, and trained to use their magic for the battlefield. When The Knights Order of Hos came into ruling power, they changed their names to Hospitaller Knights. In modern days the Knights have become less -warrior like and traded their swords for quails. They have become more concern with trade and diplomacy then of fighting.
Religion: Most people in the Kingdom of Hospitlar practice the religion, Cult of Prometheus. Prometheus was one of the Gods who became part of the darkness but using his forethought he knew that his side would lose so he helped Aluvatar fight the darkness. Prometheus wasn’t as evil as he was a trickster, he loved to make Aluvatar made.
The first way was making man out of clay, to harass the Gods. At first Prometheus did not care for his creation but as time went by he began to love. He so that man was lagging behind the other races, so he stole fire from the Gods, using his cleverness. He did it in spite of Aluvatar warning him that man cannot have fire. So Prometheus gave man the power of fire and man civilization flourish. This action made Aluvatar furious so he nailed Prometheus to Mt. Kavkazky and have a eagle pick at his liver every day.
There are many other minor Gods in the Cult of Prometheus but Prometheus is the head God. Prometheus is the God of forethought, cleverness, fire, man, civilization and the arts.
The Hospitlars were converted to the Cult of Prometheus by a powerful prophet, known as Saint John. Ever sense then, the spiritual leaders of Prometheus took the name of Saint to their title of All-Saint. The All-Saints are very powerful magicians but there is only on All-Saint at a time. The ranks below All-Saints, in order of rank, are Temple Saints, than Temple Priests, followed by Temple Monks.

Land: The Elite force of the military are the Hospitaller Knights of the Order of St. John. The Order of St. John are young men in training to be Hospitallers. They wear heavy armor and so do their horses. They enchant their broad swords before going into battle on their tank like steeds. The rest of the military are made of peasants and specialized long bowmen.
Sea: Having to deal with the Orc Confederation the navy uses small fast ships, Swoops, to easily maneuver away or quickly attack and retreat. Using the Order of St. John, wearing lighter armor and Prometheus Fire, created by St. John himself, this small but fast navy is not to be trifled with. (Prometheus Fire is Greek Fire).
