Name: Kingdom of Telvanini
Race: Dark Elves
History:The Dark elves came to Eldire some 100 years ago yet remained undiscovered by other cultures until recently. When they lived in Isolation they formed a large kingdon with a thriving culture and Economy. When they were in isolation the military was never a huge concern. This allowed them to research and fund learning the mystic arts, giving the Telvanini un-rivaled magical abilities. One of the most well known magic universities is in telvanini. The Shatgoa Magical College.
Culture: The Telvanini brought their culture with them when they sailed from the west. They have very strange and intricate buildings, odd weaponry and armor and a well developed senate.
Beliefs: The Dark Elves worship Arra. The godess of creation. She revolves around water. some other gods are Durkath, god of war and soldiers, Erith, Godess of nature and Nyssa, Godess of Air.
Government: The Telvanini are ruled by several governmental houses which make laws in the Hall of the Gods in the capital of Viviche. The Houses give large amounts of freedom to their subjects.
Military: The Telvanini maintain a large military made up of Rangers, Warriors, Berzerkers, and Assasins. The Rangers act as scouts and tribal dipomats, the warriors make up the bulk of the military as fighting men, the Berzerkers are fierce fighters whoare almost invincible during a fight. The assasins are the killers, spies, and special forces, trained in all the killing arts, the assasins are the best Telvanini has to offer. Also they have an extremely well trained magical corps over 20 thousand strong.
