After the Charzakian Civil War the Emporer was killed and the Empire was left without an heir. The people of the Empire have agreed that their military leaders should lead the Empire. The question is which one? The choices are
Captain Thi Gor: Leader of the CFRP during the Charzakian Civil War.
Diplomatic positions: Encourages trade among other civilizations but discourages sending ambassadors to them.
Military positions: Incourages attacking primitive cultures for total control of their planet. Discourages war with other nations if they threaten us.
Admiral Hekan Deltev: Admiral of the Charzakian navy. (on peace operations at the time of the Civil War)

Military positions: Encourages defense and colonization if the natives allow it.
