For over 40 years this tiny nation has been left to rot. Without the goverment to acknowledge its vast supplies of Oil and Gold. For years the power was given to the peasents, the people of the land. Because of that the country collapsed.
4 Months ago the previous goverment were all destroyed in a terroist plot against the capital building. None survived. The identities of these terroists is still not known, however what is known, is that the proposed Federation will be in a posistion to take power.
Since its rise to power, the Federation has been able to recitfy the problems of the previous goverment. Crime is almost non existent. The rebellious religious groups and peasent unions have been abolished. The goverment is now truly in control of the country, and plans to expand our diplomatic posistion to the world. Paekak is once again a country to be proud of.
In accordance with this, the goverment has set up a several state owned proporties for the allocation of foreign diplomats. By completing this application form you will be one step closer to a prosperous and long lasting freindship with the Federation of Paekak.

If you wish to apply for a Partioned peice of land avaible for your goverment or Armed forces Please fill out the application, after reading the Rules.
1. No military Vehicles must drive on Paekaks land without authorisiation
2. No Aircraft/Naval craft may leave the designated sky/sea patch you have been allocated without authorisation
3. In the event of war between our nation and a foreign country you may be attacked but this is of your own risk
4. In the event of worsend relations between us your base will be confiscated at a time we see fit
5. Under section 5AE of the Paekak defence plan, your base will have weapons targeted on it at all time in the event of hostile actions by your goverment, though it is understood if the feeling is mutual.
6. Your troops will be allocated Visitors Visa's on rotational times which give them access to the capital at times we see fit.
7. No weapons testing or research is to be carried out on your base
8. In the event of civil war your base will be defended by your troops not ours
9. Most importantly, any breaches of these rules can be deemed as an act of war resulting in our full possible responce upon the base and your host country, However i trust it will not come to this.
