The OverGovernment

OOC Intro: So yesterday, I made a post, in a thread. I won't post a link, because if you don't already know what I'm talking about, you don't need to. Now, it overreached my authority as an RPer, and although the recipient of the post appears to have no problem with it, some of you other guys have taken issue with the fact that it was totally godmoding. Specifically, I destroyed most of a nation with an inexistent weapon of mass destruction that essentially vaporizes every living thing in the area, leaving no residual radiation. Some are upset at this in itself, some have chosen to get upset over minor details, but the point is that a lot of people are upset.
Well, today's your lucky day. Because I like realism so much, and don't feel like deleting my post, I've decided to RP the World Assembly's, and other nations', response to this calamity. So lock and load, boys. The final days of the Great and Glorious Dominion of the OverGovernment are here.

Ciemal Radnvicz, High Director of the OverGovernment, had known there would be retribution for his and Koloman Hosviy's actions in decimating the nation of Ralkovia with Project Little Bang. He had never expected it to turn out like this, though. The response from the world, even from allied nations, was immediate and punitive. A semi-official WA assembly was called, in which it was unanimously voted that OverGov be kicked out of the organization. Nations which he was assisting militarily turned on his troops and drove them out of their territories. And his Defense Coordinators were already working to a frightening capacity just to keep his out-of-nation military forces alive long enough for them to get back inside the OverGov border.
Rotum Solum had never been an ally, but Ciemal and Koloman Hosviy had what he thought was a friendly rivalry. Ciemal had considered Koloman a man of honor and responsibility, at least. But it seemed now that all Ciemal's previous assumptions were out the window. Within hours of Little Bang's detonation, Rotum Solum had denied having anything to do with it, condemned OverGov for taking such an action, and terminated all OverGov troops and citizens within Rotumian territory. The only thing keeping them from declaring all-out war on OverGov was Little Bang's last-resort measure.
Little Boy had originally been built as an auto-destruct mechanism for the entire region - back when the two nations were constantly at each other's throats, two powerful generals named Ciemal and Koloman had gathered the most brilliant scientists they could find, and ordered them to create a device that would wipe out both countries if one of them declared war on the other. Eventually, the technology was adapted to last-resort offensive weapons which could only be launched with the approval of both nations' leaders. However, the original fail-safe was still active, and neither country could touch the other while it continued to exist. Ciemal cursed himself for not having the foresight to disable it when he became High Director.
There was chaos in the capital. Bureaucrats were either running away or trying to do seven jobs at once. Defense Coordinators were too busy to command all the troops at once, which left troops stationed in the country entirely without guidance. From the top of the spectacularly tall Government Tower, Ciemal looked out and saw sections of the city burning. In that instant, something snapped in his already mildly schizophrenic brain. He screamed at his private helicopter pilot to get him out as fast as possible. With a frightened look on his face, the pilot started the engine as Ciemal ran out to the helipad and leaped into the chopper.

Info: Ciemal, with a medium-size military contingent, has fled the country to an undisclosed location. You can try to find him if you want, but it won't be easy. His subordinates have calmed the country down slightly by pretending he is still there; however, the one doing the real commanding now is Felniy Bernbrecht, formerly the Minister of War. Bernbrecht is not a radical and will act about the same as Ciemal did, given that he is one of Ciemal's best friends and confidantes. Defense Coordinators are reporting to both Bernbrecht and Ciemal, who is giving them orders via an undisclosed method.
OverGov has decided to remain a member of all coalitions it was formerly a part of, until those coalitions kick them out. OverGov is also formally asking for help from all nations, both in national defense and in keeping the peace inside the border.
You may declare war if you want, but I don't expect the WA to really hold you accountable for any military action taken against OverGov without a formal declaration of war.
You may now post.
