After a long period of isolationism, the Tocrowkian Reich is pleased to announce the re-opening of it's embassy program. Following these simple rules, your nation can have an embassy within the Reich as well.


The maximum size of an Embassy is twenty-five acres.
The size of an Embassy's staff shall not exceed two hundred.
In addition, an embassy is permitted a maximum of sixty-six security personnel.
The weapons of the security personnel are limited, how ever. Assault Rifles are not allowed scopes that exceed 10x, Grenade Launcher attachments, or bayonets. Any Handgun is not allowed to exceed 9mm or it's equivalents.
No explosives.
Embassies are allowed to keep up to twelve civilian vehicles, and are allowed up to four un-armed APC's.
Each embassy is also allowed up to three Heli-pads, with a non-Military helicopter for each.
Any Embassy personnel are considered subject to Tocrowkian law when they are outside their Embassies walls, and thus, subject to our legal sentences.

Official Statement


The Realm of Cotland hereby do announce that it wishes to establish permanent diplomatic relations with the Tocrowkian Reich by requesting that it be permitted to establish a diplomatic legation in the Reich's capital city of Pharamas that will work towards improving the relations between the Realm and the Reich and furthering cultural exchange and understanding between our two glorious nations. While the diplomatic status between the Realm and the Reich currently is neutral, we hope that this will change for the better with time.

His Majesty the King will appoint the Honorable Jens Staveberg, who was created Kommandør av Tredje Klasse av den Kongelige Cottiske Sankt Torgrims Orden for his long and faithful service to the Realm through service in the Supreme Court, to serve as His Majesty's Envoy to Tocrowakia if our request for an embassy is granted.

Ambassador Staveberg will be accompanied by a one hundred person strong civilian staff, with a further fifty security personell. These security personell will be armed with one Equinox Eclipse (http://wikistates.outwardhosting.com/wiki/Equinox_Series_Pistols) pistol chambered in 10 MM DDI each. Also, we will equip our embassy with a small cache consisting of twenty AVIR (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=550850) rifles fitted with red-dot scopes, all chambered in 6.7x35 MM CTA, with a total of six magazines stored for each weapon. These weapons are to be used only under the auspicies of force majeure in the defense of the embassy and its staff in the unlikely event that the legation should come under attack from an external entity.

In terms of vehicles, we wish to station twelve vehicles of various types in this legation: (5) up-armored Mercedes-Benz S600 sedans (3 painted metallic gray, 2 painted silver, all with tinted windows and diplomatic plates), (4) up-armored Mercedes-Benz GL SUVs (painted metallic gray with tinted windows and diplomatic plates), (3) unarmored sedans of a local manifacture, without diplomatic plates. Furthermore, we wish to request that the embassy be fitted with a helicopter pad, but without any helicopter.

We'd like to request that the embassy be constructed in a neo-renaissance style. If possible, we wish for the embassy grounds to consist of a main embassy building containing at least ten floors and two sub-basements, an ambassadorial residence of at least two floors, a guard building, a formal garden, and a indoor swimming pool, a firing range in the guard building's basement (preferably sound-isolated so it won't disturb the rest of the legation), and a sacrificial ground with adjacent stable where we can sacrifice lambs and cattle to the Gods.

The Reich questions why the Socialist States of Fighter4u feel the need for such heavy measures of security, but acknowledge their request none the less. All applicants are approved.

We first wish to thank the Reich for accepting our embassy request. The heavy security is simply a precaution for our staff as we believe in locking the barn door before the horse escapes. That reason is usually why we rarely if ever request embassys in other countries, and depending on our two countries future relationships we may ask you to open the first embassy within our homelands.
