Dear Nations of the World,

THe Harrinen Republic is a free, democratic nation, notable for its compulsory military service and large food stocks including wheat, meat and vegetables. A large nation, we are very peaceful, and our Defense Force destroys any threat with a minimum of fuss.
Now, Harrinen wishes to make allies in the world and establish itself as a member of the nations community. We wish to trade our large food supplies, broadcast HTN (Harrinin Television Network) in your country and generally make an alliance with all nations.
We wish to make allies and keep those allies. Please, I hope that you will agree.
