Glorious nations of the world, we of the Xin Han Empire have noted the rise of left-wing organizations and wish to establish our ideologies own system of alliance. We propose the Conservative Coalition of Autocratic and Democratic States, CCAD for short. Here we shall ally our nations together to preserve the conservative ideology and strengthen our power throughout the world. I have included a document with this message for all to see the exact principles of the CCAD. May God preserve our ideology and bring the conservative nations together to combat the liberals!

Code of the CCAD

1. All nations must uphold conservatism no matter the cost.
2. We will form a large trading organization with each other in order to promote free trade and to further the economies of all member nations.
3. All members will remain free, sovereign nations and shall never be forced to succumb to any member nation.
4. We shall all sign a non-aggression pact and military alliance to strengthen our nations to the fullest.
5. No member nation will negotiate with leftist terrorist groups.
6. Sanctions will be imposed upon leftist nations that threaten our countries or organization.
7. War will be declared upon any nation that threatens our organization with force.
8. No organizational government will be formed, rather just a simple assembly of our members.
9. Each member nation will contribute a small force to form an army of the CCAD.
10. Member nations are free to join and leave as they'd like.

OverGov is ruled by the High Director for Life, currently Ciemal Radnvicz, who wields absolute power. Humans, especially the poor, are treated as commodities and as natural resources to be used for the sole benefit of OverGov and the High Director. The High Director is OverGov and OverGov is the High Director. OverGov does not follow a conventional economic model because it is so radically different from most other countries, but it should qualify as a Communist Autocracy, and is most certainly far-rightist.

The Dominion of Xult is now in civil war. Three factions have arisen from their ashes. One is the former extreme left-wing government, another is the Fascist group which I am personally supporting, and the third is a democratic underground group. I urge you all to support either the Fascist or Democratic group. Also, the USSR is in civil war and I have personally begun to reinforce the democratic rebels and urge you all to do the same. We also may be threatened by the newly rising Comintern. It seems to have replaced the utterly defeated SCAR as the leftist alliance. I urge all of our members to condem The Comintern and continue the support of the Conservative Coalition of Autocratic and Democratic States!

Nations, it saddens me that a new communist faction, known as the Comintern, has surfaced within our world. They are sure to replace the short-lived SCAR and will surely surpass them in strength and organization. We must work with the Imperial Fascist Alliance to halt the Comintern's future plans. I propose we ready our armed forces and prepare a grand strategy to repel any sort of Comintern invasion of an ally nation. Sanctions must be made and all of us must rally fellow nations to our cause. However, we must all strengthen our economies to their fullest potential in order to combat the far-leftist regime that poses to dominate the world. Let us have faith in God and faith in our organization. Only we, together with others, can prevail over the looming communist threat.

OOC:For reference, we are like the UK. We have a Prime minister but the Royal family still is there, they just act as a face more so than leaders.

OOC: I see. Xin Han is a complete absolute monarchy and the Chancellor is merely the chief advisor to the Emperor. The people have some democratic rights where they get to elect one of the Emperor's children to the throne regardless of their gender, but the Emperor chooses the candidates for heirs. The people also get to choose their local officials, but the government picks the candidates. All in all, the Emperor has total powers of the state and government.

OOC: The Republic of Aresium is modeled on Platonic lines (The Republic (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Republic_(Plato)), The Laws (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laws_(dialogue)), etc) because I thought it would be interesting to RP rather than one of the prevalent political systems.

Conservatism can either be the American Conservatism which I assume you are, or the European Conservatism which wants a more powerful state, most likely a monarchy, and usually contains the aspects of American Conservatism besides the small government. So, Uiri, the CCAD is both.

OOC: What about Canadian Conservatism? (I assume you are from the States, using 'american' in such a way and consider North America and South America different continents. If these assumptions are wrong than nevermind this post except for the following:
