Outside Commonwealth History Museam.

A young reporter by the name of Alex Brown stood outside the ruins of a museam. He had a white, sleeved nylon shirt on with dark blue, almost black, jeans.

"Just minutes ago, terrorist organization C Sector attacked The Commonwealth History Museam by suicide bombing. The museam was hosting a 'Heros of War' exhibtion which was being opened by Commonwealth President Anthony Jenkins. Over five hundred citizens were attending, from all over the Commonwealth, whenever the bomb exploded with the suicde bomber." Brown stated into the microphone, holsted firmly in his hand's grasp.
Firefighting crews from Churchill City Firefighting Service have rushed to the scene to combat the flames and search for survivors." said Brown, turning his head around at the ruins of the museam.

Somewhere in the Roosevalt Ocean.

Pavel Petrovich and Vladimir Koslov stormed through Deranen Cargo Ship Registration number #575646757674. They were covered in pure black, head to toe, armed with Mini-Uzis. They were both former KGB operatives, about to change the world with a little thing called a missle.

The Department for Military Intelligence Branch 6 (DMIB6) has uncovered radical plans by the terrorist organization C-Sector. After hacking into some documents, DMIB6 discovered they are planning to take two cargo ships in the Roosevalt Ocean, the ocean located to the Commonwealth's direct right. Currently, the only cargo ships of interest are carrying missles which could destroy approx 1/8 of Churchill City.
We believe we should inform you of this for security reasons. I will not state what Deranen is doing to combat C-Sector for the same reasons.

The Commonwealth Special Forces squad were flying into Deranen Cargo Ship Registration number #575646757674. They were in the most notorious branch inside Commonwealth SF, the Allied Branch. The World Assembly had courted Allied Branch 5 times over 'breach of international human rights law'.
"Charlie on your twelve, Sec One." said Sec Two, his M16 firmly in his hands grip.
"Got it, Sec Two," thanked Sec One, aiming down the sights of his sniper rifle, a M21.

Thank you for the heads-up. Kaydonia will be standing by should assistance need to be rendered. We will be keeping an eye on the situation until resolved. Addionally, two Kaydonian satellites are being redirected to provide a realtime feed of the sector in which the cargo ships are believed to be. No further actions will be taken at this time. Kaydonian conventional forces will remain at DEFCON 5 (lowest level of readiness) until further notice.

We have gotten reports from concerned Heirosoloan tourists inside your country and would like to offer any help in tracking down the terrorist group 'C Sector.' Although we do not share borders, we are currently checking to make sure there are no C Sector operatives inside Heirosoloa and are tracing suspects in hope of catching any terrorists.
Because we lack superior military forces we will continue to observe your situation, and should anything of interest arise we will contact you immediately. We sincerely hope that the Commonwealth is not attacked again, and that C Sector can be stopped before anything more dangerous then this bombing should happen.

Thank you for investigating in your nation for these terrorists. We accept your offering of help.
We can confirm, after hacking by DMIB6, that C-Sector believe in a anarchic society, one without any government, buisness or organization. They will achieve these measures at any cost to themselves and/or the world.
After hacking into some documents, DMIB6 discovered they are planning to take two cargo ships in the Roosevalt Ocean, the ocean located to the Commonwealth's direct right. Currently, the only cargo ships of interest are carrying missles which could destroy approx 1/8 of Churchill City.
This infomation is for security reasons involving Heiroso. We are currently not open to informing the world of what we are doing to combat C-Sector for the same reasons.

Somewhere in the Roosevalt Ocean.

The Allied Branch squad were moving silently around the cargo ship. Sec One was crouching on top one of the many large, metal, crates, aiming down the sights of the M21. They didn't need permission to shoot, of course.
Two bodies dropped suddenly, the C-Section men. They had knew they were here, but the second cargo ship remained a problem.
"Glory Dog, this is Secretary Six, requesting permission for extraction." said Sec One into his headset.
Shit! Get the hell out of.." replied Glory Dog, just before they were replaced with static.
We're fucked." swore Sec One.

Message for the Commonwealth of Deranen

Thank you for informing us of the current security threat. Because these are Commonwealth ships that are being hijacked we are going to request permission for the current coordinates of the ships to place one imaging satellite over as well as send a small military team for support, if necessary.

We believe that should these cargo ships indeed be stolen that it would be a security threat to all surrounding nations, and therefore believe that all measures short of using Strategic Weapons should indeed be used. The Serenity only knows what this terrorist organization will do should they get the missiles.

In fact, the two teams of men had been alerted prior to when Heirosoloa initially sent a message, and had already boarded there Sparhawk. In fact, they were already on their way to the two cargo ships.
"So. Basically a bunch of dope heads blew up a museum and hijacked two cargo ships, so now the government is sending us to fill them with lead. Sounds like an average anti-terrorist day to me." Captain Jed Groemer, a man who truly never had anything to do, sat in the back of the Sparhawk. His team had never been tested, simply because no one bothered attacking such a small nation such as Heirosoloa. In fact, they still hadn't been attacked. Instead, some other nation had! And they had to help them!

Do we know what's on the cargo ship?" Private Johnny. No one knew his last name, so they all referred to him as Johnny.

"We are assuming that there are missiles on board, we do not know the other contents." Groemer frowned. What else could have been on board? Treasure? Stone tablets? WMDs?

"Alright, we're close, get ready to board." The pilot smiled and gave them a thumbs up, before the Sparhawk lurched and he resumed his place at the controls. The door of the cargo area shuddered and slowly opened, revealing the large expanse of ocean, and then one of the cargo ships. The Sparhawk quickly wheeled around and landed on the deck of the first ship, and Groemer's team clamored out. Similarly another team on the second ship got out and began searching the deck.

Chairman of DMIB6, Robert Johnson, listened to the recording his secretary had brought into his office.
"Glory Dog, this is Secretary Six, requesting permission for extraction."
