NS Weapons/Vehicles etc can generally be bought at any NS storefront

Might I reccommend:

Lyran Arms Storefront;

http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=541320

Exterminatus Arms;

http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=556270

Aequatian Military Industries;

http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=530096

These are just some examples of where you will find NS designed weapons readily available for purchase for MT nations.

If you want an example of how to create a written document on your military, you may perhaps want to consult my factbook entry on my military and it's hardware. It includes links to all the equipment I use.

Start from post 5, and go down to post 8 to see a write-up of my armed forces.

If you would like any advice, don't hesitate to telegram me.

Might I recommend my (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=562816)storefront? It's solely naval, but many of the ships are based off of Russian models/Russian missile sets.

I iwsh i had soem ncie simple info on russian TOEs but i don't ;) I did have a nice US field manual that detailed OPFOR formations. It should be availble on global security or FAS but I can't find it to hand right now.

Your best bet as a starting palce is good ole' wikipedia, it likely won't give you detailed divisional make ups but its a starting point.

it might also be useful to have a search through the the tanknet forums http://www.tank-net.org/

I have a dedicated Army storefront (http://forums3.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=563839), and I believe that almost everything any modern military needs is there. And what isn't soon will be. As for divisional organization, I have planned packages but they are currently on hold because they need further designs to become complete, but here is an example of a combined arms division from my own organizational system, I won't mind if you decide to use it as a basis for your own, with 12,000 of infantry plus armor(I have generalized the descriptions on it):

Generalist Combined Arms Division

“Jack of all trades, master of none”, a generalist combined arms division will perform relatively well against any situation, for the specializations lie with smaller units like brigades, platoons and squads which can be deployed according to the situation at hand. It is the most suited for all-terrain operations, for its significant amount of infantry and light high-mobility vehicles allows it to operate better in mountains, cities and jungles compared to other armored divisions.

Armored Vehicles
80 Stealth Tanks
100 Main Battle Tanks
20 Heavy Tanks
310 Infantry Fighting Vehicles

1 Self-propelled Artillery Brigade with:

50 Air Defense Anti Tank Systems
40 Self-propelled Artillery Guns

Support
2250 Modular Armored Cars
50 Tankbulances
35 Recovery Vehicles

Infantry Equipment
5,000 Assault Rifles
1,500 Underbarrel grenade launchers
24,000 Attack Ammunitions (double purpose grenades/boobytraps)
12,000 Pistols
12,000 Ballistic Armors
250 Sniper Rifles
250 Anti-materiel Rifle
1,500 Light Machineguns
1,000 General Purpose Machineguns
200 Heavy Machineguns
50 Automatic grenade launchers
500 Semi-automatic Grenade Launchers
750 Man-portable ADATS Launchers
400 Light Mortars
100 Medium Mortars

UGVs
200 Tactical Unmanned Ground Vehicles

Air Cavalry
100 Ground Attack Helicopters

Mobile HQ
27 Mobile Command Centers

OOC: Put a cold, damp towel on it untill it stops burning - or is it a bit more serious than that?

It was probably not the best idea to post that here, because you could have been waiting a long time for a response!

Yeah, put it under running cold water or a bag of ice on it until the pain dies down, from there you can wrap it up in gaze to protect it if need be. Also, if you have some Aloe put that on it as it will help.

As for help in building a military factbook, I have some ideas to get your started, but it will take me some time to get all the information together.
