For too long the socialist nations of the world have been forced to take a back seat to the legislative body of power hungry democracies known as the World Assembly. It's time to stop the politics, arguementation, debate, and voting. Its time for ACTION! Some argue that the World Assembly has voted and acted for the benefit of all members. Not benefit. Those self righteous bureaucrats are only limiting the possible advancement of their members! I say that it is time for the socialists, fascists, dictators, anarchists, militarists, monarchs, autocracists, and communists of the world to unite and form our own opposition to the World Assembly. It will not be a governing body. Nor a legislative body. It will be the largest alliance to ever rock the world. Our goal? To unite the socialist countries of the world and oppose the tyranny that is the World Assembly. Finally, the SOCIALISTS will take control of the world and prove that free market democracy will always fall to socialist regimes. Should this SCAR alliance invade, take any aggressive actions, or sponsor aggressive actions aimed at any sovereign states, the Government of Salzland will consider said actions to be effectively an act of war committed against Salzland itself, and will respond accordingly.

Also, rest assured that this foe is not being underestimated in the least bit whatsoever. The Armed Republic is a fervant believer in bringing overwhelming force to bear, especially against enemies which threaten its destruction. We have more than enough capacity to break the collective backs of the Xult Armed Forces, with one figurative arm tied behind our collective backs.

Our reasons are quite clear. A tiny upstart nation which does not have the intelligence to back down from the threat of total annihilation, while at the same time deigning itself the founder of an organization touting itself as:

...the future leaders of the world, SCAR.

deserves any ill effects of its ill-begotten campaign.

Hierphil maintains the view that peace is the only option. We fear that even if Xult's government collapeses and SCAR is disbanded, a small group of rebels will continue to fight and SCAR will become a terrorist organization as opposed to an alliance. We ask that all nations, allies and enemies, please refrain from threats and instead resort to peacmaking talks with the Foreign Minister for SCAR, the Soviet System. This can end without bloodshed if we all remain peaceful.

No trade, tourism, travel, or tech shares will take place between any nation in SCAR and Rithian, also, if any of my hundreds of people who I have REMOTE ties with are attacked, I press the red, green, blue, and black buttons at the same time.

The Environmental Fiscal Union of Minnow Economies follows these events with particular caution. We have reviewed the issues that are causing controversy, and we believe there may be a middle ground, and room for negotiation. Nonetheless, we refuse outright to recognise the existence, nor the legitimacy of the alliance of Socialist Countries for the Advancement of Rebels. The conflicts that happened today were near catastrophic and they are not over. Without a doubt, if peacetalks are not held, this matter will simply resume tomorrow. At the meeting, we can work out an arrangement to live peacefully. Those who sign this document will be protected under a peaceful relation between the two opposing forces. However, it must be stated that this is not an alliance, simply an agreement to avoid confrontation and tolerate the opposition. The goal of peace will be achieved by the signing of this document.
SCAR will not have armed forces within forty miles of the land, air, and waters of the opposing signers. Likewise, those who have signed this treaty and who are in opposition to SCAR shall not have armed forces within forty miles of the land, air, or waters of SCAR territories.
SCAR will neither fund nor support rebellious groups in those opposing countries who have signed this treaty.
SCAR shall not take any hostile actions against those countries that are in opposition of SCAR and have signed this treaty. Neither shall those countries in opposition of SCAR and have signed this treaty take hostile action against the members of SCAR.

Upon reading the proposed treaty forwarded to the world for signatures, and noting that said treaty includes no coercive elements other than opening potential aggressor nations to civil trials, at this time the Government of Salzland is not willing to sign this document. Noting the... less than reputable character of one or more involved nations, along with the stated intentions of several prospective parties to this treaty to conduct hostile actions against other nations, the Armed Republic feels that the best course of action for it would be to withhold signing the treaty and leave all options on the table for dealing with potential threats to its security.
