Parilisa prides itself upon being a liberal nation, one that is dedicated to defending the rights of its citizens in every way. We also believe that we are a country in which the arts, and progressiveness, may flourish in accordance with our republican dream and the vision of the glorious revolution. It is to display our love of the arts and culture that the government and the people of Parilisa are glad to invite you to our first ever Parilisan Festival of Culture. This will be a three day festival in which all Parilisan citizens will be celebrating the glory of both Parilisan and international culture. Theatres, Cinemas, Concert Halls, Bars, Restaurants and the homes of Parilisan citizens all over the country will be taking part in the great festival, each in their own way.
As well as the list of official events which we have presented below, different things will be taking place all over the country to mark this momentous day in Parilisa’s international relations. The military bases all over the land will be home to displays by the army, navy and air force and theatres from the north to the south will be showing some of our finest examples of Parilisan Theatre. All of this will be completely free, paid for by the government for the benefit of the people.
World leaders are invited to attend, as well as the citizens of other countries. Our airports and ports will be open to visitors from around the world for people to come and visit this great exhibition.
I look forward to greeting you at this breathtaking array of events,
Sincerely,
President N. Klein
