(OOC: this is a prolouge Thread for a One on One War RP bewteen Me and EC.)

IC: Wars can start over little things. a Dispute over government in Kansas Territory in the 1850s was one of the many causes for the American Civil War. a Pig Being killed almost caused a War between Canada and The USA and in Myth, a Pet Deer killed by a Trojan Youth started a War between the Latians and the Survivers of The Trojan War (who founded Rome later on)

But one war was to be started with one thing above all, one dispute that was always the starter for Great Wars that spaned the world.

Trade.

When Pirate Admiral Kanna started "Xanadou Trade Inc" She saw the idea of Tea as one of the Shipments being sent to The Ryouese Empire. So Kanna, being the Pirate she was, she soon decided to but into someone's Tea trade.......

East Congree was that someone.

It was well known that EC had Territories in Asia: Liadong State (Liadong Peninsula), Shandong State (Shandong Peninsula) and Amur-Ussuri State (Sakhalin Island, the Kuril Islands, and Outer Manchuria)

East Congree's Tea Traders wre well known being very protective of their Tea Trade, so it would be hard to butt in to the Tea Trade.

Kanna liked hard targets.

The Floating City of Taipan

Taipan was known as the Pirate City, built by Pirates and many of the people on the Floating City were Pirates. This was the homebase of The Pirates Guild, and XTI.

The main Building was Kanna's Bar ad Grill, which was also The City Hall of the Floating city. Kanna lived here also and the place was full of Pirates, Her Pirates.

"Like I always say, 'one can never have too much rum'" Kanna said to no one in mind. She was drinking Rum made in The Comoros Islands near Africa, owned by The Ryouese Empire.

While she was talking, two people were walking in. One was Grand Admiral Ryu (http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c284/ClintHoyt/all00_jinmsk00.jpg), who was Kanna's Best friend, and the other was one of Kanna's allies, Ming Lan Tai Pan, (http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c284/ClintHoyt/EmpressWanRong.jpg) Leader of The Shaiese Tong. She was also the Chairwoman or The Maoist Party.

"Kanna-Chan!" Ryu said, "We have trouble!" Kanna looked up at the two visitors. "What is it?" Kanna asked, very confused. "The Trouble is this!" Ming Lan said as she showed Kanna a news paper, telling about the Sinking of East Congree Ships by Cargoships owned by XTI.

"So?" Kanna asked, still confused. "Isabella-sama had to try and save your ass from being wanted even more." Ryu said, "Even my own sister said that you can't keep trying to get rich......You already are from attacking Ships of our enemies Outside The Xanadou ocean. The emishi of East Congree are not pleased with you."

"Well, It seems that East Congree is a bit pissed anyway." Ming Lan said, "But I will make sure that your rivals stop." Ming soon looked at the Two, "My Spies will find out all info on when Cargoships and War Ships lleave their Ports in China so that they will have some.....engine problems."

Ryu and Kanna looked at each other.

"Let's get headed out!" Naval leader Captain Mitch Anderson III screamed at two enlisted men preparing the Jianghu-I class frigate to go out to sea. Sixteen of these ships were headed out fully armed, going to the seas off of China. In addition, twelve Whiskey class submarines would travel around them, spread out for about two hundred miles. The captain hopped onto the ship, which soon began to leave Hampton Roads...

Cape Cod Naval Base, Grand World Order

A lone Jianghu-I class frigate left the base in the East Congaree allied nation, headed to search for pirates around the Ryouese posession of the Comoros Island. Knowing this was a Ryouese posession that seemed to be fairly remote, it was thought that pirates could be use the waters around the region as a safe haven.

Out on the Pacific Ocean, heading for Shandong State

12 Cargoships, Unarmed, were out on the ocean with a Shipment of Trade Goods to sale to Qingdao, Shandong State. The Trade Goods were Rice, Gems, Gold and Cars.

What was unknown was that the Ships were owned by XTI and that they had a Surpise hiden in them.

They Continued on their way.

Qingdao, Protectorate of Shandong State

The ships were let into the port, and citizens of Liadong state prepared to unload the ship's cargo for distribution to retail centers across the country.

The Sailors on the Ships helpped in the unloading of the cargo. All the while, a Few people were on the dock that appeared out of nowhere (Well, they were on the ship and came out with the Cargo if you want to know really.) heading for Cars that pulled up.

The crew of the force headed for the Comoros Islands steamed on, keeping eyes open for pirates. Thus far, they were safe....

It was not Pirates that were in the Atlantic that was Ryouese, nor was it on the water....

One Dragonfish Class Submarine of the Revolutionary Martine Force was fallowing the force, trying to find out where they were going and way they were out this far.

Off of Fuijian

a Small Fishing Ship was on the water, fishing. The Ship was flying a flag of a neutral nation.

The Only Problem was it was a Pirate Ship in hideing......waiting for a ship to start the Trap.

"This seems odd", he clucked in his native gun before ordering four sailors with Lee-Enfield rifles to walk forwards towards them. Captain Zhang pulled out his ruger with .22 long rifle ammo, holding against his left leg as his men approached the suspcious figures.

One of the frigates proceeded forward, signaling for the fishing boat to stop and prepare for a search. While this was a violation of international law, the ships wanted to protect the security of Shandong State and East Congaree....

Suddenly their came yelling from one of the cargo Ships "FIRE!" and Fire was the word, one fo the ships was on fire. smoke coming out of the ship.

Whole this was happening, a bunch of Cars pulled up near The people with the Violin Cases. "Ming Lan Tai Pan sent us." the lead Driver of the Lead car said. "Seems you are being fallowed." the Driver pointed out.

Under the waters, a Mini-Sub moved onther the waves. Held in the Robotic Arm was a Bomb, read to be set to destroy one of the ships.

for the second, hideing behind a small outcrop of rock coming out of the water were 10 Sea-planes, armed with Torpedoes, to take the other one to Davy Jones Locker.

The Mini-Sub was at a Depth of 120 Feet, going under the ship targeted and then riseing to be close to the Frigate to plant the bomb.

Once planted, the mini-sub soon started off as fast as it could to set the bomb off.

A crew of eight naval firemen and two officers were ordered to extinguish the fire on the civilian ship, not knowing what caused it.

Meanwhile, the captain ordered his sailors to converge on the people with violins.

The Jianghu-I class frigate's underside was struck with the bomb, and the bottom of the ship began to fill up with water. An emergency signal was sent to the other Shandongese Jianghu-I class frigate, which began to head to the situation. Soon enough, the crew members that had paid little attention to the radar and sonar of the ship noticed that an underwater object was retreating away from the ship. The crew of the sinking Jianghu-I class frigate alerted the crew of the other Jianghu-I class frigate to persue this object before coming to their rescue. The men on the sinking ship worried how much time they had left, and if the two racks of depth charges on the other ship would be good enough to stop the retreating submarine.

300 Miles south of Cape Town, South Africa

The naval force continued to head towards the Comoros islands, where they would patrol waters to look for pirates from the Ryou Black Empire. Days ago, they had refueled in Grand World Order West Africa, and days before that, in the East Congaree port concession in Bermuda. They hoped the Comoros government would grant them the right to refuel in Comoros harbors as a sign of good will against international piracy.

The Sub was on the retreat fron the attack, But it would get help in total escape from the fishing ship, with soon showed it's Teeth. one 22 mm Cannon and one Missile Launcher popped out and soon started heading for the other enemy Ship. The gun fireing on the enemy frigate. All the while, The ship sent a Coded Radio message to the Sea-Planes, now starting to take off from their hideing place.

The tank was outside of the city, and it would attempt to stop any advance of the car out of the city. Meanwhile, the four sailors attempted to shoot at the tires of the car that sped away. The captain quickly fired off his ruger at the back window of the car. Quickly, the saiors and captain withdrew and headed to ask the naval shipping patrol office what was going on with the fire on the ships. Captain Zhang William suspected the worst...the men with violins were already whom he blamed.

500 Miles South of the Comoros Islands

The ships East Congaree ships headed towards China had since linked up with the frigate headed for the Comoros, and had all gathered just south of the islands. They planned to stall at about 300 miles off the coast and then conduct anti-piracy missions at a perimiter of 300 miles off the coast, venturing further in or futher out to follow pirates.

Shai, The Ryou Black Islands

"This is a Crises!" Ryu said, in the office of Her sister, Saiunko Minamoto, who was Daijo Daijin (Grand Minister) of The Ryou Black Islands. "The East Congaree have sent a Fleet near our waters and want in."

"This would not have happen if it wasn't for your friend." Saiunko said, "But you are right, The East Conagree government is well known for Ignoreing the rights of free nations." "They are Related to the Americans after all." Ryu said, "Since Isabella is in Chernobl, you have to make the choice."

Saiunko knew what was to happen.....

"I will let you do what ever it takes to stop East Conagree." Saiunko said.

Ryu bowed and left the office.

"Call all Commanders to The Castle at once." Ryu told a Soldier that came with her.

To make The Comoros Safer from any attack, Ryu started to order over 500 Sango-12 Fighters sent to The Comoros Islands Air Base that was now finaly Finished (It was being built before this started.) to help in the defense of the islands.

This would help in telling The East Conagree Government that The Ryouese would not let the Comoros become conquered. (If war started.)

now was the Time to act.

To make sure the East Conagree would lissen, The Ryouese Prepared for War. a war to show the world that The Ryouese were powerful.

To make sure they would start the war, The Ryouese soon planned a all out Air and Sea Attack on Qingdao, Shandong State, to Crush The Conagree Fleet there. This would be the start of the war.

This force was lead by Admiral Artimisia.

The Force was soon heading for their target, getting Reports of Spy Satellites from Ryouese Space Command.

Qingdao, Shandong State

Knowing that two of their frigates had been sunk, the five of the navy's remaining six frigates were being deployed to off the coast of Fuijian. The other frigate would patrol for pirates in the Yellow Sea. Meanwhile, three of the four four Wallace class missile frigates (two Styx missiles, one 125 hotwizer) were deployed to look for pirates just south of Qingdao. The navy's two submarines performed regular escort ops in the harbor.

Liaodong State

One of the navy's four frigates was deployed to search for pirates off the coast of Fuijian, while the navy's four missile boats and two submarines
searched for pirates in the Yellow Sea.

Amur-Ussuri State

One submarine was sent from the Amur-Ussuri navy to assist in anti-piracy missions off of Fuijian.

The Comoros.

The Planes had landed At The Air Base and they were being readied for action against The East Conagree Fleet near-by should war start. With a enemy Fleet near by now, it seemed war would come.

Off of he Ryouese Comoros Islands

The entire naval group proceeded inward towards the Comoros, with the submarines begining to pull ahead.

Qingdao, Shandong State

With the Shandongese Navy mostly away from Qingdao, the navy's 22 Styx anti-ship missiles in the city were on full alert to stop any pirate raid on the city. In addition, the harbor's 100 125 MM defense guns and countless 12.7mm and 20mm machine guns were on alert. Shandong State's aircraft and the East Congaree aircraft stationed there preformed regular checks over the sea, looking for pirates to intercept before they could conduct a sea assault on Shandong State. The 100,000 troops of the Shandongese army and 2,200 East Congaree army troops stationed in the nation were also on alert, ready to stop any pirate landing.

Liadong State

With Shandong state at increased risk, 4,000 troops of the Liaodong Army were contributed to the defense of Shandong state. In addition, they sent a wing of seven expierienced MiG-21 pilots and their planes, respectively.

Amur-Ussuri State

A total of 25 armed military engineers were sent to Shandong state.

Estado Centro

Estado Centro provided five armed military engineers to help in naval building in Qingdao, Shandong State.

Mecca State

The Meccan army contributed 500 army troops and 7 military engineers to assist the forces of the Confederate Empire in Qingdao.

Jeddah, Mecca State

4 Mecca State Jianghu-I class frigates departed Jeddah, heading for the Comoros. In addition, 2,000 Meccan Troops and 400 East Congaree troops stationed in the country were on boats, suspiciously headed for Comoros waters.

Qingdao

The Fleet was now 120 Miles from Qingdao, In Range for Missile attack against the enemy force.

Now was the time for the start of the war.

The Plan was soon to start........all that was needed was too fire The Missiles, to keep the enemy radar busy.

Admiral Artimisia looked at the window at the targeted City..........

"Attack!" she ordered.

From the Warships, Cruise Missiles and DAT-7 Ship to Surface Missiles were launched against the city of Qingdao. over 70 Cruise Missiles and 400 DAT-7s were on their way for death and doom.

The Comoros

The enemy Fleet was now in too deep. This ended it all here as The fighters were soon sent off to attack and Destroy The enemy fleet.

The Ships and coastal defenses were on stand by as the Planes headed for the enemy Fleet

D-day had started in the Islands now, as the Revolutionary Congress voted for war against East Conagree. To make sure they knew it The Declaration of War was faxed to the East Conagree Leadership.

Off the Comoros Islands

The frigates proceeded inwards, but kept their AA skywards, ready to knock down any planes that approached. The submarines crept further in below the seas, looking for enemy ships.

Qingdao, Shandong State

Two of the three Wallace class missile frigates fired four missiles at the aircraft carriers, with one missile headed for each carrier. The other missiles were conserved, and the frigates made a flee southward. The other frigate headed northward, headed for Federation Tianjin once it rounded the Shandong peninsula. Meanwhile, in the harbor, the missiles were being prepared to be launched at the aircraft carriers when they got in range. The Shandongese aircraft consisted of 70 MiG-29s, 80 MiG-21s, and 200 J-5s. 30 of the MiG-29s and and 50 of the J-5s were prepared for liftoff to attack the enemy fleet, while 10 Mig-29s and 20 MiG-21s would continuously be in the sky for air defense. The Shandongese airforce also had two TU-16 bombers and the East Congaree airforce had two TU-16 bombers in the nation. These, along with the other Shandongese aircraft, would flee for Grand World Order Iodine province. In addition, the seven MiG-21s sent by the Liaodongese airforce would head into Iodine province. All the ground troops in Shandong State were told to build a trench line across far Western Shandong state, along the border with Iodine province. Meanwhile, Shandongese civilians began to flee for Iodine province. The refugees and military forces would hopefully regroup in Iodine province, and with Grand World Order help, would hopefully thrust into Shandong and retake their country.

Qingdao, Shandong State

Much of the city's infrastructure was killed in the blasts from the missiles, with over 14,000 civilians dying, 822 ground troops being killed, seven shore defense guns being destroyed, and 4 anti-ship missiles being destroyed. One runway at the airforce base had a hole in it, and thus a taxying lane had to be used as a much less effective runway. The troops were 784 Shandong, 37 East Congaree, and 1 Amur-Ussuri.

Off the Comoros Islands

The frigates proceeded inwards, but kept their AA skywards, ready to knock down any planes that approached. The submarines crept further in below the seas, looking for enemy ships.

Qingdao, Shandong State

Two of the three Wallace class missile frigates fired four missiles at the aircraft carriers, with one missile headed for each carrier. The other missiles were conserved, and the frigates made a flee southward. The other frigate headed northward, headed for Federation Tianjin once it rounded the Shandong peninsula. Meanwhile, in the harbor, the missiles were being prepared to be launched at the aircraft carriers when they got in range. The Shandongese aircraft consisted of 70 MiG-29s, 80 MiG-21s, and 200 J-5s. 30 of the MiG-29s and and 50 of the J-5s were prepared for liftoff to attack the enemy fleet, while 10 Mig-29s and 20 MiG-21s would continuously be in the sky for air defense. The Shandongese airforce also had two TU-16 bombers and the East Congaree airforce had two TU-16 bombers in the nation. These, along with the other Shandongese aircraft, would flee for Grand World Order Iodine province. In addition, the seven MiG-21s sent by the Liaodongese airforce would head into Iodine province. All the ground troops in Shandong State were told to build a trench line across far Western Shandong state, along the border with Iodine province. Meanwhile, Shandongese civilians began to flee for Iodine province. The refugees and military forces would hopefully regroup in Iodine province, and with Grand World Order help, would hopefully thrust into Shandong and retake their country.

Qingdao

Ryouese ships (when Attacking) had the Carriers and Flagship in the middle and the others surounding and protecting the Carriers and Flagship. so that was why when The enemy Missiles were Detected. Anti-Missile Flak from The Destroyers and Cruisers fired, in defense of the Carriers. The Fleet was still moving in for Qingdao to start Bombardment of The city. More Missiles were launched aganist enemy Coastal Defenses while from The Carriers, The Planes started takeing off for Defense.

One Carrier, The Pole Star was hit and Damaged by one enemy missile that had gone though The defense. The Ships was still Operational and still afloat.

The Two Frigates that fired against The Ryouese Fleet were being hunted as they headed south...Two Viperfish Class Subs were soon on the chase after The Frigates.

Comoros

The Fighters were soon 120 miles away from the enemy Fleet. The enemy did not know it but they were in range for a Ryouese Anti-Shipping Missile, The RD-80 Anti-Ship Missile.

The Sango-12s had four on each and there were 500 Planes, so The Missiles now heading strait for the enemy fleet as the Planes fire were a good 2,000 Missiles.

The frigates were all struck, and all began to rapidly sink from dozens of missile strikes. However, every submarine launched one of their two missiles, all headed for the Comoros Ryouese Capital.

Twelve shore defense guns were destroyed in the second strike, along with 12 T-55 tanks and 13 T-72 tanks. All but two of the anti-ship missiles were destroyed, and the government ordered a mandatory evacuation of the city, and the entire of Shandong State for military and civilians. All aircraft grounded or being used for air defense in Shandong state were told to flee, with most being attatched to trucks and driven away and some flying to airbases in Federation Iodine. The air regiment striking the Ryouese fleet would fire their cannons, and the MiG-29s would drop each of their two 500 lb. bombs. Then, they would withdraw to airbases in Federation Iodine.

Liaodong State

The Liaodongese navy and airforce, along with the 78,000 strong army, anti-ship missiles, and what shore defense hotwizers could be removed withdrew into Federation Iodine. In addition, Liaodongese civilians followed them.

Amur-Ussuri State

With the Amur navy being much more adequate for fighting a major war, 10 of its Whiskey class submarines, 12 of its Jianghu Class frigates, and eight of its Wallace class missile frigates were deployed to the Yellow Sea to prevent an all-out Landing of Ryouese forces on the Shandong and Liaodong peninsulas. In addition, 28,000 Amur-Ussuri infantry troops and 70 T-55 tanks and 45 T-62 tanks were readied to invade what would possibly become Ryouese Liaodong through Iodine province.

The enemy had forgot The Anti-Air defenses that had started fireing on the enemy planes and wrose...The Ryouese Fighters on the attack now. This would be a Air battle for the Defense of The Fleet to Destroy the enemy forces.

10 Ships (2 Destroyers, 3 Cruisers and Five Battleships) were sunk by the enemy.

Comoros

The enemy Missiles did not go un detected by Radar and soon, Anti-Missile Defenses were fired, Anti-Missile Missiles and Flak from Ships fired against the incoming Missiles. But a few Missiles got thought and 290 Ryouese Troops and 12,000 Civilians were killed.

A second wave of missiles were fired at the capital city, this being the last of the missiles from the submarines.

The Ships at Comoros were soon on the hunt for the Sub Marines to destroy and sink them.

Qingdao

78 Fighters were downed by the enemy. In Revenge for the attack on the Ryouese Fleet by fireing another Volly of Missles against Qingdao, these were saved for this time.

These Missiles were Armed with Napalm Warheads.

The Fleet continued on for the attack.

The Ships returned and the fighters landed back on The airfield, ready for the coming attack. Ryouese Spy Satellites had detected the enemy fleet coming for the Comoros and to help in the defense, 8 Sharktooth Class Battleships and 100 R-80 Bombers were sent to The Comoros as renforcements.
