OOC:i totally forgot about this.this is a subject from an old topic.this guy is a crazed naval commander who killed about 200 innocent people while assisting lynion during an invasion.if your interested lynion,I'd like to finally do this topic

IC:A giant of a man sat in a Lynion prison cell.He had no hair,and a missing right eye.His named was Russel Greyjack.He had been left in Lynion by his comrades after his disregard for human life resulted in the death of over 200 civilians.He sighed and looked at the small television in his cell. "The trial of disgraced naval commander Russel Greyjack is set to begin tomorrow.As you may recall, the notorious Ameriganastan soldier led a firebombing of Lynchax island during the attempted pirate invasion some months ago.He was turned over to Lynion forces, and has been awaiting trial ever since.He has..." he stood up and kicked the T.V. over,snarling with anger "traitorous bastards"

OOC: Nearly forgot about it as well and lets go ahead with it.

IC:

Lynchax had its name changed to Lynkavoc Island during the Pirate War named after the Vamperial Headmaster Lynkavoc who died in battle. However, the pirson that Russell Greyjack was held in was on the Union COlony. There were very few military pirsoners at this time but he had company with the jailer. He was given the basic needs as well as a small TV because of good behaviour but they doesn't change anything.

"We got orders to get Pirsoner 345 (Protocol number for fire bombing) for a Court Martial under the Vamperial Order Code," started two Imperial Guardians as two Lynion Hunter's armed with automatic assault rifles came into the jail.

"The bugger is down in Cell 4 and take the keys while you're at it," replied a happy jailer as he went outside for awhile.

The Lynion military jail on Union was rarely full and the most they ever had in the 100 pirsoner goal was 76. The Imperial Guardians and the Hunter's gathered at Cell 4. The Guardians were part of the escort of Vamperial Headmasters strandard in Union while Lynion was coming under attack. They were planning to attack Fungi before the war got out of hand when they came across a file about Russell Greyjack who was due for a Court Martial.

"Commander Russell Grayjack, turn around, march towards the wall, stand against it and place your hands against the wall. Today you're off to a Court Martial," ordered the Imperial Guardian.

he walked up to the cell bars and spit in the jailers face before placing his hands against the wall "lynion scum.just wait till i get out of here."

"We here that alot," started the Imperial Guardian as he cuffed Russell's legs together. "That's going to be used in the trail by the way. But then again, you don't seem to care what's going to happen to you anway,"

They marched out of the cell with the Hunter's in front. They pushed Russell forward as they started to climb the steps to the surface where the Lynion Regular's and Sentry Droids were on standby incase things went wrong.

"I'm not concerned about whats going to happen to me.I'm more worried about whats going to happen to you, the judge, the jury, and everyone else who left me in this dirtball nation"

The Imperial Guardian stopped Russell in his tracks as the droids rolled pass by them. He looked around before turning to Russell.

"Let me get this straight," started the Guardian. "Your on a military base where the press can't go within a mile of this place. No-one knows your here and if your found guilty or plea guilty, you'll be executed within an hours time. So really, I don't think your in a spot for making threats,"

While they were talking and walking, they came across the Vamperial Grand Courts on Union. They walked up the staircase as the sentry droids, Lynion Assassin's and Imperial Guardian's were given orders to not allow anyone into the Courts. They marched past the guards as they came to a grand wooden door. It was opened for them by the guards as the sentry droids took point. They entered the court room where they found several young people who made their faces burnt.

"I hope they kill him," they started saying to each other.

"Silence in the Court," ordered the Vamperial Master. "Judge Union, Judge Jaxson and Judge Ian can now come to the centre desk,"

Three High Judges entered the courts from a door well guarded as they sat behind a long oak desk with files and papers in piles of organisation.

"We are here to convict the prisoner known as Commander Russell Greyjack for the firebombing of the city of Lynjax and the death's of 200 civilians with thousands more injuired," started Judge Union. "Russell Greyjack, how do you plea?"

not guilty your "honor".i intend to prove my innocence by proving i was acting on orders from your government.

"And where is this evidence?" asked the judge.

right here. *he held a small tape player in his hand* this was the message your forces sent to everyone*he flicked the button* "The remaining Allied Forces can take Lynhacx which is a city island and Lynmax which is a combination of farming and city island" *he smiled* and there you have it.orders from your commander to ask the remaining forces-thats was me and my troops if you can keep up-to attack the island

"And you know by any order that if you take a city that you spare the civilian population?" replied Judge Union. "When you're actting under Lynion orders, when attacking a city, town, village or civilian settlement of any kind, all civilian life losses are to be kept under 50 deaths. If it was 50 or under 50, you would've gotten away with it. Now tell me this, do you have this kind of order in your own army?"

umm....of course we do but uh.....i couldn't be held responsible for ALL the deaths.i mean my soldiers were there to.

"You are held responsible for the deaths on the ground of civilians and allies only," replied Union in a calm voice. "No-one is held responsible for the loss of pirates but civilians and allies are a different matter,"

"Why did you stumble with your words with that reply?" asked high Judge Jaxson.

"believe it or not having to defend yourself in court, or be executed can be a little stressful your "honor".now then lets see....oh yes.at what point does victim liability come into focus? those people knew the pirates were invading, and yet they remained in the town.its a well known fact that larger towns tend to be almost totally demolished during warfare, but they stayed anyway.really most of the blame lies with them"

"So we're now playing the blame game?" replied Union with a deeper voice as the other two High Judges started to whsiper about something. "You can't always get the population out of the city. However, you still haven't answered Judge Jaxson's question. Why did you stumble with your words?"

"because I'm nervous you brainless bureaucrat.you'd be stumbling with your words to, if you were down here.i did you a favor anyway.a few civilian casualties is a small price to pay for all the pirates i helped wipe out"

The crowd suddenly went quiet as Union talked with Jaxson and Judge Amos for a moment as Union was clearly insulted which wasn't going to help Russell get out of the Court Martial. Union nodded his head to Jaxson as they came to an agreement.

"Because you failed to give any strong support for the fire bombing of a town completely killing all 200 civilians and for the insulting words you threw at the kingdom, you hereby sentence to execution by shooting in the next hour," stated Union as he bang the hammer onto the little circlar wooden thing in front of him. The sound echoed throughout the hallway as the guards were stationed at the main door way as a squad of sentry droids entered the court room ready to take Russell away to be shot.

he sighed and stuck his fingers down his throat,quickly throwing up something wrapped in plastic.tearing it off as fast as he could, he held a scalpel in his hand.he made a running jump and landed right beside Judge Union, placing the scalpel next to his throat "Don't move! or I'll slice his neck!"

The droids aimed their weaponary at Russell as at the same time, a Lynion Marksman entered the room. Lynion Regulars entered the room as they watched Russell take Union hostage.

"Shoot him," ordered the Assassin.

"We can't," replied a Regular officer.

The Assassin was quick and silent as he pulled out the nearest pistol and fired a single round that made everything go quiet. The pistol was aimed at Union's shoulder thus sending him backwards out of Russell's grasp. With the other Judges getting out of the stand and taking Union with them, the Regulars opened fire at Russell as the Court Room was evacuated of all non-military personal.

((OOC: How would the sentrybots know Greyjack suddenly became hostile? That's something far into FT. While auto-aiming bots are possible, they can't read minds.))

he laughed as the bullets ripped into him, laughing like a crazed demon.he pulled a fake tooth out of his mouth and smirked "i had this placed inside me years ago.a small micro charged explosive.just strong enough to blow this room to ashes.goodbye all.its been fun" he flipped the tooth open and pushed a button, blowing Russel, the courtroom, and anyone in it, to dust

OOC: Grand World Order, that's a stupid question. Droids are program to protect the Lynion lives and if a Judge or Lynion is threaten, then its their duty to ensure they protect them with all their power. It includes sudden changes from civilian to hostile.


IC:

The Court Room was smashed into dust as about twenty Lynion Regulars, eight Sentry Droids, one Lynion Assassin and five Vamperial Guardians were killed in the blast. The Judges did managed to escape in time but suffered minor injuries including another 36 badly wounded and 56 lightly wounded. If it wasn't for the effort of the Lynion Assassin, then the cost would've being much higher if Russell had used the bomb earlier which would've being well over a hundred. Because of the terrorist act, outsiders had limited access to Union itself.

Lord Lowery sat inside his office, puffing an expensive cigar, listening to one of his aides "thats the word sir.he used that micro explosive thing.we actually forgot he had it.what should we tell the citizens?" he laughed "Russel Greyjack, was proven innocent, and was on his way back home, to be...to be given a promotion for assisting the Lynion forces, when his plane sadly went down over the ocean.get that message over the city P.A. system and make sure no word of what really happened gets out.or you will be executed.now get lost.i have a special lady visiting me in a few minutes"
