3. The site assigned should, if possible, have gardens in which trees &/or hedges provide patches of shade as well as privacy (although it having some potentially-sunny areas too would also be appreciated), and with either a large pond or a swimming pool... or, at least, enough room around the actual buildings for these features to be added.
4. Will we be able to hire some locals as ground-keepers, domestic service staff, and janitors?
