The Sans Semmes Government would like to welcome the nations of the world to join it in its embassy exchange program. We are very interested in developing healthy, peaceful relations with other countries.
In return, all we ask is that you abide by these rules:
- That all representatives and their companies behave in an acceptable manner
- That violence and security personnel be kept to a minimum
- That there be NO military hardware, except small arms
- That there be no thirty staff or seven ground vehicles, and no more than one helicopter

We would also like any state opening an embassy in Sans Semmes to sign our Peace Agreement.

I. Neither country will declare war or initiate military action against the other.
II. Countries under the Peace Agreement may trade freely with each other.
III. Each country has a right to be independent should it choose to be.

V. Each country will defend another nation which has signed the Peace Agreement in times of war.
VI. Each country is equal, and some countries are NOT more equal than others.
VII. A country may withdraw or sign the Peace Agreement at any given time.
VIII. The commitment to the Peace Agreement will be renewed every two years.

However, we cannot, for the moment, sign the Peace Treaty as it would force us to give defence guarantees to countries we neither know nor trust. If Clause V is dropped, however, we might consider changing our stance. We would also suggest that you drop Clause III, IV and VI as well, as they have little, if any, effect. The duels for leadership are a practice of leader guantlent changing on the island of Animalpolis. After a year of a single ruler any citizen can challange the incumbet to a duel, usually to the death. Both parties have to consent to a duel and it must be fought fair and square sword to sword. While it isn't madated that it's a duel to the death it usually is the case.
