From the Sans Semmes Department of Agriculture

The Government of Sans Semmes has once again accumulated a large amount of rice and wheat of which it has no need for, and thus are now putting it up for sale on the global market.
All crops are allowed to grow organically, in "The Island Way", and are processed under World Food Safety Standard Conditions.
We have a surplus of:
Rice: A-Grade Long Grain Rice, processed and unpolished.
Wheat: Common Wheat, processed.

We currently have:
10.055 million tons of rice, at $403USD a ton.
10.055 million tons of wheat, at $363USD a ton.

Carnelian Island is in desperate need of rice and wheat, so we will buy as much as we can, 15,000 tons of each please.

The order for 15000 tons of rice and 15000 tons of wheat has been confirmed. This transaction will amount to USD$11475000, and will be shipped out as soon as possible. In accordance with the rise and fall of World Pricing, Rice has fallen $2 to $403 a ton, while Wheat as risen $3 to $363 a ton.

The Holy Empire of Anemos Major would like to purchase 30,000 tons of each, please.

The Gruntian Colonial Government wishes to purchase 4 million tons of wheat for shipment to the Greal colony of Grunt. Total cost is 1.452 billion dollars.
