The Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Empire of Hierphil has recently informed Hierphil National News Station (HNNS) that a new gated community of foreign embassies will open on the outskirts of the national capital of St. Johns. However, only twenty embassies are available.

You Must Not Be On Hierphil's National Defense Watch List (you know if you are)

You Must Not Posses Biological or Nuclear Weapons, Bombs, or Automatic Weapons Within Hierphil or Your Embassy
You Must Not Be Allies With Hierphil's Most Threatening Enemy: The Dominion of Xult.

Within the gates of the embassy, civilians and military personel will be required to abide by the laws of the mother country. Outside of the gate, all people are subject to Hierphil's National Constitution and Judicial System. In case of a minor infraction against Hierphil's Requirements or Laws, Hierphil will ask the mother nation to take appropriate action. In case of severe infractions, Hierphil possesses the right to evict your embassy from Hierphil and take necessary judicial actions against the suspects.
Trade opportunites are available within Hierphil as are educational opportunites for foreign students. Foreign students are elligible for any school within Hierphil; however, a school built purposefully for foreign students has been opened within the gates of the Embassy Sector of St. John's.
Top Priority Belongs to Members of Allied States of Euroislanders.

Each embassy is surrounded by gates of wrought iron. The building is built with 16th century stone and consists of five floors and a rooftop helipad. A phoneline with direct contact to Hierphil's Leader has been provided. Luxuries include private spas, a pool, chapel, and electronic devices. The basement contains a drive-down garage (often used to hold armoured vehicles) and a holding cell for lawbreakers. Please specify any extra accommedations Hierphil will need to take, on your application under "Special Requests".
Within the gates of Embassy Sector, embassies will have access to a number of luxuries. Private food and entertainment establishments have been founded to entertain our foreign guests. A large Catholic Cathedral is near the heart of the Sector and can be used by any person. A private airstrip with 20 hangers (one for each embassy) can be founded at the north end of the Sector. At the center of the Sector, one can find a large park to enjoy the beautiful climate of Hierphil. A large screen in the middle of the park projects the Nationl Television Channel of Hierphil (HNNS); however, a nation may reserve a time slot to project their own media (provided all of Hierphil's communication laws are respected). A hospital can be found near the eastern border. Lastly, a passport will not be required if one leaves their embassy, although if one leaves the Embassy Sector, a passport will be required. The Minister of Foreign Affairs has the final word:
