The People's Republic of Falkasia has recently discovered an island off the coast of the Falkasian mainland. This island, roughly as large as the island of Hawai'i, has vast amounts of untouched resources, waiting to be excavated by whoever claims them. Normally, Falkasia would have keep such a prestine wilderness for their own uses, but due largely in part to a significant lack of funds, they have seen fit to sell it off to the highest bidder.

The island has been divided into 16 different plots, each of which Falkasia will sell individual to each country and/or company. These plots will be the sole possession of said country and/or company and they may do whatever they please with them. Although each plot obviously contains resources, the deposits will not be visible on the map as they are still being logged by the FGS (Falkasian Geological Survey).
