Other Information: A moderately sized nation, with 40 million souls. Most of the land is ravaged by pollution, but along the Synga River valley the land is excellent. Uranium is plentiful. Winters are harsh and summers are mild. The Synga River flows strait through the country supplying it with fresh water and energy. It's military is grossly over sized at 15 million soldiers due to the Spartan policy of taking male children for mandatory training and service. This makes the Syngian soldiers extremely effective, deadly and without Remorse. Armed with advanced infantry Armament and tactics they are without compare in most nations.

Other Information: An island nation, Sans Semmes often produces more fruit, crops and seafood than it needs, but relies on other nations for meat. Its military is focused primarily on defense.

Other information: A Mildly-sized nation, with fair soil, allowing them to supply their own crops. There are a lot of trees in the area as well. However, many man-eating animals dwell in the area, proving a threat to all in the area. The northern part of Heinburg, they are currently fighting the rebels who control South Heinburg.

Other information: A Mildly-sized nation, with fair soil, allowing them to supply their own crops. There are a lot of trees in the area as well. The southern part of Heinburg, the rebels controlling it fight desperatly, to fend off North Heinburg troops to live without the original Heinburg government limiting their freedoms.

Other information: These guys are waroholics. Their land is large and ranges from lush plains, to overgrown forests, to burning deserts, to snowy mountains. Their King is a madman who randomly attacks bordering nations. He drafts people from conqured lands to support the Kingdom's War Machine.

BREAKING NEWS

Civil war has broken out in Heinburg, a moderately sized dictatorship in an isolated region. Rebels have managed to rally the entire South of Heinburg to their cause, starting an all-out civil war between the North and South regions of Heinburg. Several government officials in Hera Nova are showing sympathy for the rebels, sending them troops and supplies for support. However, they have stated that Hera Nova will not get too involved in the war.

There's a scenario we can work off of.

Emperor Siegfried sends a letter to the leader of the rebel faction...

Good sir,
I have witnessed your struggle, and for it I admire you and your comrades.
I feel it would be in both of our nations interest if we were to work together.
now I know your asking, why would I help you. Simple there isn't enough good soil in Syngia to supply all our food needs. all we ask in return for our help in your liberation is a trade agreement for food. of course you would get something in return beyond the liberation which can be negotiated at a later date.
If you accept my hand, please return this message.

Rebel Leader's response

Emperor,
We will not negotiate with you or your Nation. Our rebellion was so we would have the power to stop dictatorships like that of North Heinburg. Unless you organize a more democratic government, we will not accept help from you. We do not believe in the dictatorship government in any shape or form. Also, we have heard of you method of recruiting into your army. I disgust all of us, even those in North Heinburg. If you won't change your ways, you might as well negotiate with North Heinburg. You'll both be evil to us.



Several large planes land in South Heinburg. All of them are carrying Hera Nova troops sent to aid the South Heinburg resistance. The President of Hera Nova believes that the rebels could be a large asset in the future. The supporting troops include basic infantry, special ops, and lightly-armored tanks, as well as weapons, ammunition, and other supplies to help the Rebels. General Jack Herald goes to meet with the Rebel Leader to discuss a plan of attack. Hera Nova's inclusion in the Civil War is being made as Top Secret as possible to ensure North Heinburg doesn’t see it coming.

"Very well then" Siegfried thought to himself. Siegfried had already thought of an alternative plan in case the rebel scum hadn't accepted his deal. He began to draft a letter to North Heinburg. minutes later he handed the letter to a secretary and it was transmitted to North heinburg. Siegfried then went on to call his generals to bring up the DEFCON to 4. he then filled them in on the situation, and prepared them for the deployment that was sure to come...

It would seem you have a rebellion on your hands.
your populace is seeking democracy at the end of a sword.
your nation's turmoil must be resolved before skirmishes and battles take place within my lands and other nations borders.
This is why I propose that I deploy an expeditionary force to help quell your rebellion.

His Majesty, the Most Serene King William V, is most intensely distressed by the breakdown of civility in your land. He urges you to cease this senseless violence, and I must concur with this most noble judgment of his. While His Majesty does not particularly favour the dictator against whom you conspire, this dictator certainly does not incite criminals into murderous riots as you do. We are honored that you hav offered help to us. The Rebels are much stronger than we though they would be at first. They have half the Nation on their side. We fight because our government is ruled by an evil man. He constantly steals from the rich and slowly kills the poor for his own gain. And how can we consider these "Chritian principles" when everyone aroundus is either being robbed from or being killed for no good reason? We need to overthrow this man, and if your King objects, that's his probelm. If you're not with us, you're against us.

Your response is most disconcerting, as you have shown your rhetoric to be vulgar and vapid. His Majesty would not support a maligned villain such as you for any position in any government. we will send you whatever you need to defend your crops from wildlife.
our initial Expeditionary force will consist of 50,000 Soldiers and 300 MT-60's MBTs
this may be increased as necessary.
May I ask, do we have permission to use your Airports for military purposes?

Within minutes of receiving a reply, orders were sent to the 1st Expeditionary Force.
Soon Transport Planes and Ships were being boarded, and within hours were on their way towards North Heinburg.

I understand you have sent a message to South Heinburg asking them to stop thei rebellion. But you must understand they need rebellion to live in peace and have more freedom. And you also much understand it's too late for them to stop the rebellion. They have already done too much damage. If they were to fail in this rebellion, it would mean certain death for all the rebels.

The Rebel's leader's response to The Democratic Republic of Sans Semmes.

Prime Minister,
You're the second nation with a government we find appealing to offer assistance. We will gladly accept. However, you must go with our plan. Send troops and supplies as far south in our territory as possible. Be as descrete as possible. Then, when the time comes, bth your troops and other troops will join the battle north all at once. North Heinburg will never see it coming.

We would like to send military aircraft to North Heinburg, but first i would like to know if it would be alright for us to use 2 of your airports.

Syngian Troops Arrive in North Heinburg, and begin to Setup.
After a few hours a Base is partially constucted and the soldiers await further order.

Emperor,
We will gladly offer you use of our airports. However, one of them is very close to the border with South Heinburg, and several others have either been captured or bombed. You're free to use what is left.

BREAKING NEWS

The Antor Kingdom has been reported testing Atomic Bombs in unpopulated forests. It is suspected they plan to bomb the Heinburg area. They have done such things in the past. Hera Nova has launched a preemptive strike against the war-mongering Monarchy.

Rein Hans,
We have detected a Nuclear detention in The Kingdom of Antar, and for this I wish to deploy a missile shield in north heinburg. This will take 2-4 weeks to set up.

Also on your request, I have dispatch Noctum Natio Commandos to gather intelligence on the rebels, and if possible that they are being assisted by Hera Nova or not.
They are the best my nation has to offer.

A plane flys through the sky to deliver a message from North Heinburg to The Empire of Syngia. However, a missle set up by the Antor Kingdom shoots it out of the sky. Several large Antor Kingdom planes head toward the Heinburg region.

Hera Nova sends a letter to the Antor Kingdom.

Dear King Anton,
I highly suggest you have your Super Bombers redirect themselves away from the Heinburg region. Failure to do so will force us to shoot them down. And if one bomb falls in the Heinburg region, then you will not only be going to war with two Heinburgs, but Hera Nova, as well.
