WE NEED YOUR HELP!
The Erbanese Dragon is the pride and joy of the Free Land of Erbanak. Capable of growing to as big as a skyscraper, or as small as a beer mug, this Dragon is very unconventional in the fact that it does not have any natural defence. It has no natural predators or anything which would attack them, and thus has no 'weaponry' of its own. However, Erbanese Dragons are infamous among hunters for thier extreme intelligence and awareness, they know you are there from 10 miles away in thick forest, and often set traps for you. Erbanese Dragons, like some other species of Dragon, can talk, however Erbanese Dragons can talk in various languages, including Erbanese, the Old Speech, and Global English. If this brilliant species of a brilliant animal goes extinct, what will we put on our flag? We pledge you, join the Erbanese Union of Anti-Hunters(or the EUA) and fight for the Erbanese Dragon!
OOC: Please note, this is NOT a war, but it can become one. Erbanese Dragons will join up with you if you ask them to!

The EUA is working to stop the extinction of the Erbanese Dragon, and, so far, it has been going well, however, the rising of these elite hunters has proved a problem, and so the EUA has been given some military power by the Erbanese government. This military power grants them a whole legion (1 Erbanese Military Legion = 50,000 men) of troops to protect the Erbanese Dragons' forests, mountans and lakes. The government says that it is ready to provide more, if it is needed.
Advantages
1. Highly trained, well-equipped soldiers
2. Possibility of Erbanese Dragons joining if war breaks out.
3. Up to 10 legions of soldiers(depending on wht happens)
4. They are legal.
Disadvantages
1. Very hard to protect Erbanes Dragons.
2. Army is used to fighting in cities, bunkers etc.
3. Not a good income

This is a fighting force of over 1 billion, spread across the world. They are mercenaries, in a way, for they hunt the most dangerous and hard-to-find animals in the world, for the prizes they give. It is known that there are 1,000 of these in Erbanak, but probably a lot more. They are hunting the Erbanese Dragon for its very expensive hide, which can be used to make protective clothing. Officially they're a legal faction, but they've been meddling in affairs and such for a long time, and now that it is found they are hunting the Erbanese Dragon(which is illegal, by Erbanese law), they are officially on the world wanted list.
Advantages
1. Constant flow of large income through hunting in other countries.
2. Guerrilla warfare-can 'con' people into joining them
3. Used to fighting in uncivilised terrain(forests, mountains etc.)
Disadvantages
1. Army is not trained or equipped well
2. The fact that they are illegal means that the World Assembly can (and probably will)send troops to help the Erbanese Army
3. Rather dumb
RULES
1. Stick to your faction's advantages and disadvantages, e.g. the Elite Hunters cannot do complex tactical maneuvoures.
2. Absolutely NO NUKES, BOMBS OR ANY OTHER UNCONVENTIONAL WARFARE(except guerrilla warfare, for the Elite Hunters)
3. Please don't exaggerate-no unlimited armies or air forces (or sea forces, for that matter.)
4. Role play as an officer, say things like 'Captain Rogers bla bla bla' Instead of just '*sends army to bla bla bla*'
5. Finally, I decide who wins and loses. Don't like it? Start your own war.
