The government of The United Socialist States of Arcanot has been informed of many rebel groups forming in many regions including Aaerich. Military spending will be increased and the country will be on high alert. We ask for other countries to be on alert for rebels in the area. The ICai will continue to monitor the situation and will inform all other nations when more information is gathered.
