Plot:
IC:The world is been in turmoil. With the wars in the middle east, the civil wars in Africa, the extreme shortage of oil and the staredown between the West and the East, it was only natural that something unnatural would occur. In the sands of Egypt, something is stirring. Buried under the golden seas, there lies a small wooden box. This humble appearance is in great contrast to the wonderous thing contained within, something that, in the right hands can right the world.

Biography (Character's personality: Rhyl is used to hardship and treachery, and mistrusts others more than he believes them. He prefers working alone, and has worked at night for so long he is effectively a vampire, and is greatly affected by the sun.
History: Rhyl was born to a family of Timeless in what was Sherwood Forest 1509 BC, and lived in harmony with nature. Eventually, after thousands of years, and moving further and further into the forest and humans got closer and closer to him, the naturally peaceful nature of the Timeless changed. He and his clan learned the skills of combat, Rhyl being the best among them in both sword and bow. After a series of skirmishes with humans, they eventually encountered something there were not prepared for. On a hunt with his clanmates, a volley of lead shot was fired at them. While Rhyl escaped with an injured leg, his clanmates, and soon to follow his entire clan, were killed. After his clan's home was burned and forgotten, he wandered the world, using his skills in combat to make a living. He served numerous lords, from fighting with the English at Agincort to serving both Richard the Lionheart and Saladin as a personal assassin. He hires himself out as a mercenary to extremely exclusive clients, and will do any job for almost no money. Losing what little moral's he had in the fires of his village, he now lives off those he kills.
Powers: An expert with both sword and bow, he can empower his weapons with the spirit of those he kills. He also has slight control over nature, losing most of it when his clan turned to Industry rather than nature, such as being able to cause rain, uproot trees etc. Since he is from the clan Shadowstep, he has control over cold and shadow.

Appearance (pictures appreciated): He can take the shape of a small boy or a grown man but he usually sticks to being a black shadow.

Biography (Character's personality): He is sarcastic and cynical often taunting his enemies and making bad jokes. He is easily angered and has split personalities, he is made up from entities of different souls from each person he kills, taking on their knowledge, personality, and skills. He is definitely unstable and has a limited attention span seeing as he is constantly changing personalities, his 4 prominant personalities are rage, wisdom, Joker(sarcasm, jokes, etc.) and sadness. He often argues with himself in long drawn out tangents.

History: Born out of the late Emperor Josh Raskovs experiments to make invulnerable and stealthy super soldiers, he took over Joshs body for a short time taking over his memories, knowledge, and personality, this caused Josh to almost commit suicide. Josh saw this as a warning to stop testing the powers of G-d and stopped the experiments, he took Max in as an adopted son but held it secret to the rest of his empire not even telling his wife, who was Joshs prime confidant. Max spent less than a year with Josh before he was killed by Judas, Max was left alone for some years soon figuring that he did not need to eat normal food, he ate the aura of the death guard who guarded the abandoned lab. He soon figured out his powers and spent his time in the castle learning how to use them by himself, the castle was said to be haunted and the death guard left as the surrounding towns emptied. Max soon starved and ventured out of the castle searching for food.

Powers: he can shift his body into a two-dimensional, intangible "shadow" state. So he appears as a shadow dancing across an area, he can only do this in limited bursts to conserve energy. He has limited shapeshifting abilities, limited being to the fact that he can only mimic the shadows of other things (I will TG you his weakness)

OOC: Not so. I've made about 4 other SuperHero rps (hence option 3 :P), and II is for all types of roleplay thankfully. Also, depending on what his weakness is, I may post it after all the characters are made. But that's only if it's something like being hit with a star nosed mole, so don't worry.

Biography (Character's personality: She has an odd obsesion with stabing people with paper clips but otherwise a typical tyrant like Anak sunamun.
After 3000 years she was awakened and nearly braught about the end of the world. She has been awakened again now after she was found on the oposite side of Hamanatra in a sealed room from Imhotep, being traped there by the Mejhai in 0 a.d./ b.c.

She has killed those who freed her and has now regenerated and is on the lookout for the artifact beneath the sands taht calls to her.

History: She betrayed one of the first pharos of Egypt and suffered the same fate as Imhotep (from the mummy films).

Powers (Please be reasonable, and NO complete invulnerability): Phycic powers, manipulation of sand and water useing phycic powers, super regeneration (can regenerate from amazing amounts of damage, is skilled in all 'primative' weapons (i.e. bows, swords, spears etc

Biography:Project 614-X a.k.a ninja was the product of genetic testing to produce a super soldier for the Altairan military, he and some others have escaped from the research facility. He is cold and logical and makes decisions based on facts and tactics.
History:After escaping from the research facility in Nevada, Ninja fled to Las Vegas and lived there in relative quiet until his power was revealed. Fleeing to London he was once again exposed. Next he hid in remote Russian but was tracked down by the Black Rose recovery squad(commissioned to track down lost test subjects from Altairan's many experiments) and then fled to Cairo.
Powers:He can generate and manipulate electricity, draw it from surrounding sources, fly, and is adept at infiltration and stealth. He is fascinated with throwing knives.

Biography (Character's personality): Depressive, deep thinking, and very very calm in desperate situations.
History:Chup a human was taken at the age of 32 to a research lab, where scientists tried to create a supior being with abilites of both the Chupakabraian and Ramnai races, with a little extra ice thrown in for good messure. the experiments broke his spirts. After 16 long pain filled years, they realsed him as a failure, having never gained anything thing but Chupakabrain speed, increased Ramnai regeneration and slight power over ice. They tossed him out into the wilderness, where he learned that his regeneration gave him immortality [as in without and wounds he would live forever] and anything he tried to kill himself would result in failure. And so wanders the Earth trying to find a way to die.

Powers (Please be reasonable, and NO complete invulnerability):can regenerate lost wounds, small cuts take a matter of seconds [the more the slower] and limbs take a fair few minutes. He's also quite a quick fella, and has the ability to freeze the moisture in the air, making ice, although this ability is still in its infancy.

Biography: A former soldier, Vulcanus discovered his powers at the height of the Civil War in Acrirana.
History: Unknown to him, he is the only son of Hal 'Merlin' Winters (a character who is prominent but very secretive in some of my RP's). Like all Ustians, he has served two years National Service. He chose to remain in the army after his Service was done, and spent a further 10 years as a solider, attaining the rank of Lieutenant. After discovering his powers, he quit the army and devoted himself to finding out more about his powers. He also joined the Forces Of Order, a group dedicated to bringing Order to the "Mad" places of the world.

I stand by RBS's point on Superman/Spiderman powers. This also ties in nicely with the Merlin character and his history.
