After 3 months of fierce fighting, the weak, corrupt and backward looking Kingdom of Dyrzny has been overthrown. Former Monarch and enemy of the people King Sigurd IV has been captured and executed by the XIIth division of the 'Soldiers of Destiny' acting under the direct command of revolutionary hero and leader Grand Marshal Mordecai Fell. Mordecai Fell has been proclaimed Guardian of the People by the unanimous vote of the Revolutionary Council.

Grand Marshal Fell hereby announces the creation of the Commonwealth to the Global community. This morning he outlined his policy for immediate future, reassuring the Global community that he has no desire for conquest and intends to focus on internal reconstruction and making Dyrzny once again a great and prosperous nation.

Therefore, Grand Marshal Fell requests that any nations interested in political, diplomatic or trade links with the Commonwealth of Dyrzny should make themselves known to him. Dyrzny has mineral resources in abundance, and currently is willing to trade iron ore, bauxite silver and coal, as well as the agricultural products Beef, potatoes and grain, in exchange for industrial equipment, as much of the nations industrial capacity has been severely damaged following the civil war and prolonged neglect by the monarchy.

Again, I wish to thank you for the offer of trade between our two nations. Your offer of arms trading is one we are interested in, although we are well supplied for foodstuffs at present. Waht are these other goods you speak of? Machinery and industrial plant are especially important to us. If you could provide these we would be greatly interested.

For the atention of the Government of Graticore
Once again, thank you for your kind offer of trade and friendship. Youre offers of arms and computer technology are both interesting to us, but your references to large machinery especially so. As a nation with ready supplies of coal, iron ore and bauxite, the restarting of our sadly atrophied steel and aluminium industries is a project close to your heart. Would you be able to sell us machinery for the establishment of steel and bauxite works in Dyrzny? Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I share your nations enthusism for education, and as our nation's Academy of Higher Education is currently closed, your offer of places at your universities for our students is greatly appreciated and will be taken up at the earliest possible opportunity!
