The Emporer of Charzak has authorized the colonization of the planet Charzak. All nations that seek approval must state the amount of colonists and how many ships will be escorting them. You must also state how big your colony will be and on what continent it will be on. The continent Iona is weirdly shaped like Africa and the other continent Vestak is shaped like Asia and Europe. Also all colonies are subject to war with any others and the Charzakian government will only step in if you threaten the allied natives called Sekats (which have acually been reproduced through cloning after becoming extinct) or any neutral colony. All fleets will be inspected on arrival at the neutral space station called Home 1. The continent Iona is mostly under the Earth based Charzakian government's control except for a 800 mile piece of land bordered by the Ionian ocean to the East, South and the Kalkator Mountains to the North and West. The continent of Vestak is borered by the Ionian Ocean (the world's only ocean) and is uninhabitable to the North due to the extreme weather paterns and it is not recommended to try to settle their. However the rest of Vestak is open for settlement but we wish that the Sekats be left in peace as they inhabit the southern part of the continent. One colony may be established on Iona and seven may be established on Vestak. All colonies may name their own natural features.

In the name of te emperor we accept your gracious offer and will proceed with colonization of Vestka with 2 million colonists being escorted by 12 Heavily Armed Empire Daggers (Troop Transport) and 1 Strategic Space Fortress wich will remain in orbit. The Colony itself will be roughly 300 kilometers in size. At the Ionian ocean, preferbly in a more tropical climate.

Your colony has been accepted and an inspection of your fleet with your permission of course will happen upon your arrival. This is of course a safety measure to ensure that you and all other colonists will be safe on the planet.

Greywatch would request we be allowed to set up a colony in the harsher northern areas. The colony will consist of perhaps five hundred thousand people and be about 100 kilometers in size. The fleet will consist of a Worldstater or two to carry the colonists while a group of 30 frigates and cruisars, along with a snigle Worldslayer will escort.

You will be given Level A clearance for inspection please note that there will be a security officer and a 7th Knight with your inspectors at all times while being on our ships.

We would like to register a claim for an area of Vestak, please. Roughly speaking the area that, on earth, would be where Scandinavia is would be perfect for expertise. Around a million colonists to begin with. Our fleet will set out for Home 1 as soon as you have given initial permission or perhaps a Charzak official would be gracious enough to inspect the fleet at its home docks?

Greywatch your colony will be accepted but you must keep in constant contact with the Charzakian colony at all times. Prepare for inspection upon arrival (a security measure only). Please also note that military pesonel from Charzak will escort you to your destination in order to secure safe passage. The escort will consist of one Charzakian Dreadnaught and 13 fighter squadrens. Be warned that hostile natives may live in the area and that it has not been explored yet.

Your colony is approved but an inspection cannot take place untill your arrival to ensure no diseases, parasites, etc. have not attached and/or invaded your ships during space travel.

Very well, our fleet is just about to make the dimensional jump for Home 1. Please tell us as soon as possible. Incidentally the million includes colonial officials, soldiery, police units, experts, assorted civilian volunteers etc.

To all colonies on the planet Charzak.
In order to protect our planet the Empire of Charzak has purposed an alliance between all our nations and colonies to protect each other from foreign invaders. This alliance would require that commanders of all colonies and nations be in charge of it and that each nation/colony must provide ships and/or troops, funding, or other aid. Please accept this proposal so the The Alliance of Colonies could be able to defend all of our people.

We (assuming our colonials passed the inspection) will go along with this alliance. We are purely interested in trade, economic development and scientific research, not war.

The Holy Empire of Tybra accepts your wishes however we would prefer that our space fortress is abstaind from this alliance because of it's research value and therefor cannot be part of the alliance.

All colonies have passed inspection. Please all nations going along with this alliance provide a fleet of at least two ships. A greater number will be accepted but no more than 20 will be permitted. The Charzakian government places the Dreadnaught Razgriz under the command of Admiral Heakn Deltev and the three Imperial Class Gunships will become part of the alliance.

As it is our Emperor gives you 2 Imperial Shields, 1 Imperial Sword, 3 Imperial Drone Ships containing 500 Shield Drones Each, However The usage of the Emperors Grace will require special permission of The Knight of one of the Emperor's Sword Controlling the colony.

we would have to defend our colonies plus we would outmatch them anyway with our individual and allied fleets.

OOC: Got anyone in mind? Or would you RP a random NPC villain race?

(OOC: I've been looking foran opening for my new race to launch themselves onto an instinctive war.. this could be it as i happen to stumble upon someone looking for a fight :D )

OOC: Perhaps, then again you might realise that you cna't judge the Klikiss as a group since each Hive is essentially an independant nation. One of my other Hives might help you, after all, the Klikiss love to smash each other...)

OOC: Yeah, actually I can judge them as being one group because so far, each Klikiss that's come into contact with my forces happens to know my name instantly and regards me as friendly. This would suggest that all the hives operate as one to some extent. I don't think many people in my nation know that each Klikiss hive runs independantly.
