The ASoGM feels that your limit of 12,000 km for the blacklisted nations is unreasonable. The earth's circumference is only 40,075 km (OOC: assuming NS earth is the same as RL earth), so you are demanding they cut relations and trade with a significant portion of the earth. Not only that, but your exclusion zone covers international airspace, waters, and territory, which you have no legitimate authority over. The ASoGM's suggestion is that you get rid of this exclusion zone, as conflict between you and the blacklisted nations is inevitable if you try to enforce it.

Official Statement

In response to the announcement from Empress Isabella, to ensure that no troubles arise with the the Ryou Black Islands, all Ryouese citizens in the Beatus are now being rounded up, and will be summarily shot, in the head, twice, at close range. Also, Ryouese citizens will be banned from the Beatus. We hope these actions will ensure that Ryouese citizens are unable to do anything that would require the Holy Empire to need to have any dealings with the Ryou Black Islands. We do not enjoy the actions we have taken, but due to the actions of the Ryou Black Islands, we have no choice. The nation of Ryou is a dangerous irrational nation, and thus should not be trusted, our actions of refusing to allow them to declare war on another nation led to this outcome, as it seems that Ryou will listen to no other wise ears. OOC: One possible IC reason is that in his Civil War thread he had rebels of his nation attack a military base that I had in his nation, resulting in a massive death toll and my nation nuking the said military base in order to deny it to Ryou. But even though I retconned, I used a 50 megaton (Largest nuke ever) which pissed him off OOCly.

Ryou hates me also because when he declared war on the nation of South Lizasauria (When it wasn't even his nation's actions) and then declared war on Zanski by launching nukes at them from the very beginning, Then in response my nation ICly launched a full nuclear strike on him in retaliation. It was all retconned when allies of the targeted nations (Zanski and South Lizasauria) showed up and were quite set up to rightfully own his ass.

Because the whole thing was his fault by overreacting I demanded he apologize for causing the whole mess. He refused, and apparently wanting him to take responsiblity = Supporting Dogpiling.

PS: Sur Abruzzi I requested the mods to do something about it as it was more of a flame bait towards me an the others than a declaration of isolation.

As a clear example, in the city of Tucker, the basement of a home, always inhabited by one of the most notorious geeks of our entire nation, was officially proclaimed as an independent nation and began to throw off empty statements of an empty value regarding its sovereignty, while on another hand, a group of Internet trolls have proclaimed a sovereign nation inside the latrine of a public bathroom, and declared war on all those "violating the sovereignty of their lands and throwing crap at their people". Thus, we consider it very likely that The Ryou Black Islands is nothing but a similar phenomena to the two examples mentioned. For we have no single evidence of their existence in their maps, like already explained by Aaron Paul in his treatise on the subject.

The RS introduction and Ryou are entirely unrelated. The RS nations are specifically designed to go for realism when it comes to politics, economies, and cultures of nations and are specifically made with a fixed population in mind to avoid the 7.5 billion-man-walking-army so often seen.

And as for Ryou, I don't RP or interact with him normally, and aside from some attempts in 2006 which, as ever, went horrifically wrong when he tried to pull some crap or another (and I attempted to defend him on more than one occasion) I've not interacted with him except when his godmodding has been so blatant it hurts - like now.

Pointing out that someone is a hypocrite is not childish, when they are so. If I can help one person avoid putting effort into an RP that will inevitably be destroyed in a hail of Ignore then some good will have come of it.

You should inform people if you wish to do so via TG, forum message or another private manner, not filling the rp with ooc rubbish. As for the god moding hurting, if you're not rping in the thread then you shouldn't be worried about it. The nation of Ryou is a dangerous irrational nation, and thus should not be trusted, our actions of refusing to allow them to declare war on another nation led to this outcome, as it seems that Ryou will listen to no other wise ears. What lead to this impending confrontation is the actions of Ryou rebels and the betrayal of the Ryou government to Lone Alliance forces that had been stationed in Ryou during the civil war. Further threatening actions of premptive attacks without any information, irrational international messages, and a imperalist drive have led to this.

While we have had little knowledge of your nation and of your status in the world. We rightfully think that you will be faced with the threat of Ryou aggression on the Lynx colony. As the leadership of Ryou is irrational and possibly insane, even the natives of Lynx colony are at risk.

Since you have stated that your defenses of the colony are weak we will gladly send aid to the area and perhaps make a deal to contruct defenses and military facilities. Including but not limited to public and private airfields as well as port contruction, all which will be freely open to Vamperial Elements. If this acceptable we will dispatch engineers and defensive troops as soon as possible, give our regards to the Headmasters, Masters, Knights, Guardians and High King Vamp.

We'll accept your purposal's. I've got a report that the 300,000 bound troops and support are about an hours sail from Lynx. However, because of these actions by Ryou, I've dispatched a division of Lynion Assassin's and a division of Lynion Hunter's alongside engineers to help out with defence's and construction work. Until this issue settles down, we'll be evacuating all non military personal off Lynx. You send your men when you're ready.

zanski has declared a state of passive war with RBI and is not planning on taking any military action for now. however, should any other nation declare war on Ryou, know that we will be there with a million Zansk settlers to colonise your islands.

Also any Ryouese citizens/ people with slightly ryouese blood inside zansko-gharrakan lands are being arrested and either executed if they fail their interrogation, or sent to work in our Uranium mines.

Great that means Lynx colony now completely belongs to Lynion. The Ryou nation can't do anything to it since you can't ignore the key defenders and take the nation as well.
