Subject: Airports, Airways

Resent research has revealed that The Dominion of Sarrowquand, in the past, had a program for opening airways to and from Sarrowquand airports. After reviewing the program, The Federation of Prycuse has become interested in opening airway to and from The Dominion of Sarrowquand. We would like for three of our airports to be receipts of Sarrowquand flights. Those three airports are: Appirsadion International Airport (PAIA), International City Airport (ICA), and Sager International Airport (PSIA). We are willing to pay for a majority of the construction costs (Terminals, Hangers, Storage ect.). The number of flights will be determined later. If you have any questions please ask. I thank you in advance.

Dominion of Sarrowquand Airways is delighted to here from you and is especialy interested in your proposal. DoSA is interested in linking to all three of these airports as we feel that there is a strong interest among Dominion citizens to visit Prycuse, especialy the international city which is quite famous in Sarrowquand. We believe that the establishment of two Dominion companies in Ceripal and your nations favourable budget for comerce and the current exchange rates will also be positive factors for buisness flights, and that our two nation's common participation in the NCTO and the recent embassy exchange will ensure a healthy flow of government flights; Though one blotch on tourism may be the reputed destruction of environment in Prycuse and disruption of eco-systems.

We expect that you will be happy to hear that our negotiations with the department of transport have come to fruition and several of Sarrowquand's international airports will soon be open to foreign airlines. We believe that the cost for Prycuse's picking up the bill of terminal development will be repayed by the DoT with favourable terms for Prycuse's own planes operating in Sarrowquand.

We are pleased to hear that our proposal is acceptable. We will begin construction on your terminals as soon as the number of flights has been worked our. Also we will build to your specifications, and you may oversee construction if you would like.

Now, may I ask how many flights from Prycuse can your airport(s) handle? That is to determine how many flights we send. We will not max out flights to any airport.

Also to reassure your citizens, the destruction of the environment is mainly concentrated in small areas where cities are growing, and many of the islands have little or no deforestation. About 65% of land in Prycuse is protected.

OOC: Bump for Sarrowquand

OOC: sorry I was digging up a tree and then fell asleep.

The DoT suggests that Prycuse would be allowed ten to twenty gates at the three open airports, though they might be allowed up to thirty if these were spread out fairly evenly between the three. Each gate would likely be able to handle up to three flights a day which when put together with the DoSA flights to Prycuse should provide enough traffic between our states.

OOC: one thing I reaaly need to do is work out exactly what planes the airline uses other then Falkasia's wonderful S12's. For now though I must get back to some digging.

(OOC: Sorry, I need to straighten this out)

So 20 flights to 3 airports. Most likely 10:5:5, and 3 flights a day equals 30:15:15 total flights a day.

or 30 flights- 10:10:10. and 3 flights a day equals 30:30:30 total flights a day.

Also im assuming the same amount fly to Prycuse.

Is that right? (Sorry if its a bit confusing.)

Yes that seems about right. Given that it's a little difficult to pin down the scale of things right now how do you feel about those numbers? Too low too high?

I think the 20 flights to 3 airports sounds more reasonable at this point in time. Later the 30 flights will be better

Okay, and with a similar number of DoSA flights going to Prycuse.

In order to facilitate your building efforts we would like to inform you that DoSA plans to use Silenkov S12s as the primary aircraft operating between our nations. Although our plan is to use these aircraft exclusively for the Sarrowquand-Prycuse flight links we would be remiss in informing you that it is possible that we will also be using Boeing 747-400s and/or A340s though as stated our plan is to use the newer S12s. DoSA also operates a number of Concordes for high-priority buisness and government flights.

As we understand it we will be running 60-90 flights between your country and ours daily and that Prycuse will be running a similar number of flights.

(that's about four and a half to six and a half million tourists a year on our end)

As for terminal facilities we would like to request that there are joint run customs facilities that with Grey Bureaucrats present to aid travellers with their forms. We would also like if possible computerised information centers.

On behalf of our passengers comfort we ask for the inclusion of changing rooms and the establishment of several DoSA associated lounges and clubs including a room for the invitation only Jade Raven Club and loun space for the following: Grey Lounge, mediocre Club, Executive Club Lounge, Arrivals Lounge. We would also like to know if there will be automated baggage retreval

As for franchises we suggest the establishment of cafes and international news stands; several popular Dominion newspapers are: The Post-Imperial Post, The New Sarian Times, The Sarrosian Observer and The Dominion Update.

Finally we would like to enquire about the posibility of establishing botanical gardens in our terminals featuring GM variants of Dominion flaura modified to not attract or feed insects or other fauna and as a terminator variant.

Thank you for providing the information on the terminals we will begin construction ASAP. Everything will be included that you stated. The finish date has not yet been set, but I can tell you that it will take a quit a bit of time. We will build the essentials first to start receiving flights as early as possible.

As for Prycuse's terminals in Sarrowquand, do you have pre-built empty terminals or do we need to construct new ones?

Thank you-

(OOC: also do you have any estimates on cost? I don't have a clue. Also I may not be back on until Friday because of school.)

We have pre-built terminals from a recent expansion (boy the DoT would be in debt over that if it wasn't public) and yes plans are sent. I'll work on the bill, we'll pay for things that arn't reasonable (like furnishing all those lounges and aquiring that special flaura).
