We wish to join your alliance, while we have only a small area in sub-antarctic climates, we have large reserves, of mountain snow, long know to be heavier, wetter, and all the better for snowman/fort building, and snow ball making, where as arctic, antarctic snow is lighter and dryer. Indeed. Apparently he thinks that he can outlast us. Even if this remains cold, the supplies of 9 large nations, most covered with terrestrial snow, will destroy him in a war of attrition. His supplies being in dense mountainous snow, even if he gives it away, the cost of transportation will give us a clear advantage.

If any one would like, we can design specialized train cars for transportation of snow between SNOWPEC nations, as well as customers. These new cars would effectively eliminate product decay (I.e Melting during Transit), not to mention incredibly decreased transportation costs.

We suggest the Tophir-guard Mountain Military Complex. It is a large complex set on the peak of Mount Tophir, the tallest in the Krek-nord mountain range in northern Kereptica. From there, we can observe various tests of the NKAF ST-005 Snow Transportation Zeppelin.This large aircraft is the ideal solution to snow transportation when time is not particularly urgent. We also invite Falkasia to demonstrate their modified SL-12.

So you are all officially invited to New Kerpetica for a day of coffie, cake, and snow!

After much deliberation, much national debate, especially during an election year, the United Royal Provinces of Yanitaria have come to a few conclusions. Although we do produce snow through out the year in various colonial holdings and on our mountains, and although snow production increases by 50% during the winter months, the low, unreliable price of our precious commodity has hampered our continued economic growth. While other countries enjoy Yanitarian snow at unparalleled low prices, sometimes as low as $.05 per liter, poor Yanitarian children must work hard to gather it, often only earning a few pennies of profit for their backbreaking labour. While rich, jungle-climate nations enjoy their winter parks, Yanitarians die defending their fields of precious white powder from invading armies, insurgents, and profiteering corporatists.

No longer shall we trade blood for snow. With our entrance into SNOWPEC, should we be accepted, no longer shall the world enjoy cheap, affordable snow at our expense. For once, we will be the ones that build the villas, make indoor desert-themed recreational areas, and have expensive, lavished parties that only Sumerians could previously afford!

We believe that the underground snow storage facility provided by the Tocrowkians would be an excellent place to meet, free of any worries of attacks, terrorism, or other pressures of that sort. Regarding the Tophir-guard Mountain Complex, this would also be an excellent location to house SNOWPEC's first meeting.

However, since an underground bunker or mountain base is likely difficult to get too and will not always be able to support the needs of SNOWPEC executives, we would like to suggest establishing the SNOWPEC Headquarters inside the Kazyenko Independence Center, currently the world's tallest building. What better way to be heard and seen than inside a world landmark?

On a side note, we would also like to thank the New Kereptican government for giving us permission to demostrate our modified SL-12 to the other SNOWPEC countries.

New Kereptica agrees with Falkasia on this issue. The Kazyenko Independence Center would be a perfect place to hold SNOWPEC meetings. However, that does not mean that the Tocrowkian bunker is useless. If this trade alliance leads to war, which it very well might, then there is a very good chance that the enemy will go after our snow reserves. Consequentially, we would need an emergency storage facility capable of holding millions of tons of snow that would keep our export market afloat while we wait for new terrestrial snow to ecru.

Well we could use existing buildings in our countries. We could just use 1 floor in a building or so, since I don't believe the entire Kazyeno Independence Center or even half is going to be used for SNOWPEC meetings.
