Because of the Threat by evil Non-Xanadou Foreginers, the Ryouese people have declared that The Ryou Black Islands will go into Isolation till the world is ready to live with The Ryouese.

The only Nations we will trade with will be our Colonies and The other Nations in Xanadou.

OOC: Seriously Ryou...with all due respect what is your problem? I have viewed some of your other threads on here, and some of my "friends" on the board have told me of RPing with you, and I just don't get this attitude you have. You always pull this type of crap when things don't go the way you like, and then flame other people trying to make them out to be the bad guys.

Come on man, a guy with a significant amount of posts should be able to RP better then me, and with your past I SERIOUSLY doubt you measure up to that. As for your "Isolation," GOODBYE! I will make sure that I continue to ignore you, The United Government, Roef, and Canedian Army (or Marines, he has a LOT of accounts) because you WASTE everyone's time and don't seem to listen to ANYONE. While you are in your isolation, LEARN HOW TO ROLEPLAY, because this is getting annoying.
