OOC: Closed to the Coalition Forces that took part in the Northam-York civil war that sided with the Democratic Forces.

With the Civil War offically over, Prime Minister Edward Daniel had a new responsibility. Not only was he the leader of the Democartic Forces, but suddenly the new Prime Minister of Northam-York which can as a surprise to him and everyone else. He was only Prime Minister after he stood up to King Vector before he was beheaded and the only man to start the revolt. Even though he was forced to flee south to the Democratic Controled areas, he had a big support for his movement which helped him form the gurellia forces against the Loyalists.

With the Loyalists in defeat and the Cybernetic Forces taking control of Northam, the Democratic Forces held Adelaide, Thornlie, York, Pearce Air Base, Perth, Exmouth and the Loyalists airfields about 100 kilometres from Northam itself which gave them the chance to put up more of a fight incase the Cybernetic Forces turned on them.

With Democratic Cities finally knowing peace from nearly a two year civil war, most of the thanks went to the Coalition Forces that answered the call for aid by Edward himself. Coalition Forces included Greal, Kewen, the ASD, United States of Kaydonia even though it left before the war ended, Uiri, Royal-Union, Anemos Major and Lynion. In memory of the fallen from the Coalition Forces, Edward opened a memorial site that had a man holding an AK-47 with the words on the side To the gurellia's that didn't make it home. Good on you mate!

However, with the war ended, there was one last thing to do. The Cybernetic Forces wanted to become part of the Allied States of Northam-York and have sent a delegate that wasn't expected for another week. However, during this time, Edward turned to the Coalition Forces for advice and called for a meeting before the oeace treaty would be signed. From his office, he sent a telegram that was sent to Coalition Forces leaders.

TO: Coaltion Forces Leaders
FROM: Prime Minister Edward Daniel, Commander of Democratic Forces

There's two things I wish to say. One is easier than the other.

As of this day, 15 of September 2008, let it be remembered as the day the Civil War Ended! I'll say again one last time, as we are speaking, Loyalist General Hutson and Democratic General Perth are currently signing a Peace Treaty that states that the Loyalists have fully surrender.

However, there's being an issue that was raised a few hours ago. How did this happened?

Well let me tell you this, when I was with Hutson and Perth in my personal office alongside my bodyguards we got the most unusal gift from the Cybernetic Forces. It stated Top Secert and it smelt like road kill and when I opened it, I found the head of King Vector, Commander of Loyalists Forces, inside a jar of vinger. Alongside was a note that stated, the Cybernetic Forces wishes to make peace with us.

I'm sending you this telegram because I don't know what to do next and I wish to have a conference of all Coaltion Leaders including the Cybernetic Hunters and the DMZ Guardians to come down to Perth and discuss the situation and I would like to hear the advice of the other leaders.

In the mean time, I wish to state that all Loyalists soldiers are to be informed that the war is over and that their king's head has being delievered to Perth. I would also like to hear a personal report from the fighting men in Adelaide whether the Cybernetic Forces have retreated or not as this was part of the deal that was purposed by the Cybernetic Forces.

Please respond if you're going to come to the meeting. Also will be General Hutson of the Loyalists Forces to give his reports about what happened in Northam and you can ask him questions yourself.

Please respond and state who you are sending and how many escorts are being sent with your representive.

Our forces, although they played a very minor part in the war, saw the Cybernetics destroy the Loyalists from behind, and we are currently withdrawing our troops. However, we recognise that the Cybernetic's request could be a trap. We will send Lord Dyreyen of the Foreign Diplomacy Office, four delegates, and forty troops in case. In addition, the Holy Empire would be pleased to offer air cover over the site of the treaty, just in case.

Official Message of the ASD
Commander Lewis and a squad of ASDM Spec For Marines will be attending this summit in order to determine exactly why cybernetic forests were killing innocent civilians as well as killing 6 ASD Marines and injuring others.

Prime Minister Edward Daniel was busy with the finishing touches of the hall that was to be used for the conference. The hall wasn't used before but it was the best they had on short notice. He went through everyone as the cleaners were finishing tidying up the room. He was starting to stress himself out when two if his closet generals came to see him.

"Edward, take a deep breath and calm down," started General Zac.

"How can I? There's going to be half a dozen generals in who knows when," complained Edward.

"How about you leave it to use and you go get some sleep?" pointed out General Ryan.

"You're right, I might go to sleep until the generals come," finished Edward as he left the building for his home.

The generals watched as Edward went home with two gurellia's by his side as they turned to the cleaners. They ordered to get more people if they require it to be finished on time. The cleaners nodded their heads and went to get more people to finish the job and by this time, Edward was at home sleeping and seeing his family and wife.

"Do you think we'll get anywhere in this meeting?" asked Zac as a company of gurellia's came to the hall to act as guards for the meeting.

"Well anything is possible. However, we need to make sure we don't get overpowered," replied Ryan.

They turned around and watched the enterance as a Cybernetic Soldier entered the room. The gurellia's were aiming their rifles at it as Ryan and Zac pulled out their pistols in case something was going to go wrong.

"We weren't expecting you so soon," started Ryan as he aimed for the head of the creature.

"We didn't know when to send someone so they sent a general to come see you and that is me," replied the Cybernetic Soldier.

"And what excatly is your name?" asked Zac as more gurellia's aimed at the general.

"My name is General Hawkeye of the 1st Cybernetic Corps and I was sent by our commander to establish peace treaties with you," replied the Cybernetic soldier as the gurellia's lighten their guard abit.

"Don't expect us not to be watching you and we got a message from ASD that they are going to be asking you about the deaths of the civilians," finished Ryan.

The Kewen, having not yet left the nation just yet, still hanging around to make sure they were paid and to make sure the last of the food and medical supplies arrived, a single small private yahtc began to enter the harbour.
"Harbour control, this is The Private Yatch Free Enterprise requesting a dock, we hail from kewen and we carry our diplomate/delegate."

"My Lord, these Cybernetics are untrustworthy. Lord Kyren suggests a bombing run on their command post, followed by a Knightmare-led armoured strike on their frontlines-"

Lord Yrenthis watched his subordinate suggest these things and evetually said "No, Sir Ferenthiei. War is undesirable, and so it must not happen. I believe we should trust these 'Cybernetics' for now, and anyways, we have thirty Knightmare Frames and a hundred soldiers. What could go wrong?" The three Globemaster IIIs and the one Airbus A-300 neared the airport, and on the Airbus of Lord Dyeren, the delegate looked outside the window at the war ravaged capital. The pilot said "This is AMDF-11, requesting permission to land, over."

"This is Perth Control Tower calling AMDF-11, premission granted over," replied the traffic control tower which happened to be part of the air force. "We got SUV's ready for you,"

"This Perth Harbour Control Calling Free Enterprise, request granted. We got an SUV waiting for you,"

Matrix and the fast combat buggy went through the forest as he had a personal escort of two Assassin's. He loved the fast attack buggies and it was the only thing that could get him from Adelaide to Perth quickly. He past by the forests and the jungles as they came closer to Perth City. They slowed down a bit as they entered the city.

'Can't let these buggers back stab us,' thought Matrix to himself as a report came through that Lynion fleets were about 14 hours out from Perth and York.

They stopped about 100 metres from a nearby Post Officer or waht looked like one, and Matrix got onto the radio.

"This is Matrix calling Perth Commanders, we just entered the city, where's the place we're meant to go to over?" asked Matrix over the radio.

A Boeing 787 Dreamliner approached the airport. On board were the delegates representing Greal. Two F-44 Interceptors were escorting the plane.

"Perth Control Tower, this is F-566B requesting permission to land, over."

"Matrix, this is Gurellia Command calling, we're at the Prime Minister Home which is two blocks south of where you are," replied an operator.

"This is Perth Control Tower calling F-566B, permission is granted. SUV's are on the ground waiting for you," replied Perth Control Tower.

"Copy that Gurellia Command, heading there straight away," replied Matrix.

The buggy went through the city slowly as they were careful not to run down any civilians nor interfer with anything going on. They past by a medical section as they came closer to the Prime Minister's Home. It wasn't too bad, they waited outside the front area as they got out while the gunner stayed behind with the buggy. Matrix and his escort climbed out of the buggy and looked around.

"What do you suppose happens?" asked Matrix.

"This is Perth Control Tower calling F-566B, permission is granted. SUV's are on the ground waiting for you," replied Perth Control Tower.

The plane landed fairly quickly, and before the engines were completely off, two delegates left the plane. The first delegate was the Minister of Foreign Affairs Raul Riddle, the second was the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Lousia Harder. Four marines followed them and the group walked toward the SUVs calmly.

The Prime Ministers house was situated close to the Command Centre of the Democratic Forces. Two gurellia's found the Lynion's nearby and went over to them. They turned around and quickly went back to the Lynion's as several more gurellia's started the patrols of the compound.

"Hello sir, we just heard you were coming down," started the gurellia as he started walking alongside the Lynion. "I must state that the Cybernetic Forces have already sent someone. So please, don't fire at it as we're trying to start peace talks,"

Pearth airport

The SUV was being escorted by two assault jeeps and one attack buggy. Out came several well trained gurellia's and a gurellia officer. They escorted the delegates over to the SUV as a flight og FA-18's soared above them.

"Hello, my name is Captain Ryan and if you can come with us," started Ryan. "Just to inform you, the Cybernetic's have already sent their delegate much earlier than expected. It is requested by Prime Minister Edward Daniel that you hold your questions until the other delegates come here," finished Ryan as he opened the door to the SUV.

The Anemonian troops quickly jumped out of the Globemaster and aimed their rifles, quickly scanning the area for hostiles. All one hundred of them were equipped with 8th Generation Anemos Military Systems, and their 360 degrees heat scanner flashed as they saw various staff approaching. Dyeren, escorted by Yrenthis, stepped out and waited for someone to appear.

"No crap?" laughed Ryan as Hawkeye talked to them in his German Accent.

"And then get this," started Hawkeye. "Those buggers couldn't shot an elephant at fifty paces,"

The hall was in an uproar as Hawkeye was cracking jokes before Zac came back in and calm them down. Ryan looked at Zac as Edward came back into the hall.

"Get off the Red Cordial!" demanded Zac. "We got officals arriving,"

Edward didn't mind doing any of the work as he walked outside for some fresh air. He walked down the steps as the gurellia's had reported in that the Anemonian's had arrived for the conference.

"Hello," welcomed Edward as he offered to shake hands with the delegates. "I'm Prime Minister Edward Daniel and you must be the Anemonian's right? We've being waiting you to arrive. The Lynion's have arrived earlier before you and are already on their way. Also, the Cybernetic Delegate is here sooner than expected. If you can, can you please hold your questions until question time?"

The kewen yatch, docked in the dock and a offical flanked by two guards in full body armour milled about as they serched for someone to tell em where the meeting was taking place.

"Excuse me sir," asked a naval lieutenant as he climbed out of an SUV. "My name is 1st Lieutenant Jaxson of the Democratic Navy. If you could enter the SUV we will be getting along. I must warn you though that the Cybernetic Forces have already sent their delegate," finished Jaxson as he opened the door to the SUV.

"Very well then" the delegate replied as he moved towards the Bavel personell, while a guard muttered into his comset
"Heh, i wonder if the run XP..."

Matrix was with his personal escort as they were lead into the hall. He could hear the laughter inside and decided things might go smoothly unlike what he had expected. They stood in the hall as they noticed two generals talking to a Cybernetic delegate.

"Keep an eye on him but don't do anything for the time being," whispered Matrix into his escorts ear.

Pearth airport

The SUV was being escorted by two assault jeeps and one attack buggy. Out came several well trained gurellia's and a gurellia officer. They escorted the delegates over to the SUV as a flight og FA-18's soared above them.

"Hello, my name is Captain Ryan and if you can come with us," started Ryan. "Just to inform you, the Cybernetic's have already sent their delegate much earlier than expected. It is requested by Prime Minister Edward Daniel that you hold your questions until the other delegates come here," finished Ryan as he opened the door to the SUV.

"Alright, that is fine. We just need to get to the meeting." responded Lousia in her charming voice. She got into the SUV with Raul, while the marines got into a humvee supplied by the Greal military presence in the area.

Kewen SUV

The SUV with the Kewen delegate inside of it rolled on as it went through Perth as it met with waves of gurellia fighters trying to re-build the city. The SUV finally pulled up in front of a well patrolled area of gurellia fighters and a handful of buggies lying around. The Gurellia escorting them opened the door for them.

"If you don't mind, we need to get moving to the hall. Others are being expected," replied the officer.

Greal SUV

"Don't worry, there's nothing thats going to stop us now," replied Ryan with a confiedent smile.

The SUV rolled through the city as it was met with waving gurellia's trying to rebuild the city. Security was becoming tighter as more buggies appeared alongside a pair of Prism Tanks and four T-72 battle tanks. The SUV parked behind a mounted buggy and Ryan opened the door for the delegates.

"If you don't mind, I'll show you to the hall," stated Ryan as he waited for the people inside to come out.

At the Hall

"Ohh, sorry," started General Zac as he went other to Matrix. "General Zac, I'm please to met the commanders of the Coalition Forces for Lynion,"

The Cybernetic General came over when he noticed Matrix and scanned him before walking over to him before saying anything.

"Hello, I'm General Hawkeye of the Cybernetic Forces. You must be the Cybernetic Hunters that went after our boys. I must say you were a real match for us and you help us do a job for us. Forgive me, I'll explain more later during the question time,"

"Lord Dyeren, I am a military representative. It is required of me to be present at these negotiations." Dyeren smiled and looked at Yrenthis, telling him "You have worked hard enough, Lord Yrenthis. Take a rest for once." Yrenthis sighed, then spoke into his intercom, saying "Is that Captain Ferenthiei, 2nd Anemos Hythrei Guard? Good. Ferenthiei, I take it that you've unloaded the trucks and are heading towards the conference site? Yes, follow the SUV. The Knightmare Frames? Well, being them with you. But do it secretly; we don't want the Cybernetics to know, and therefore neither can Northam-York. No, don't turn them on. Just put the pilot inside, and keep it ready to go. As for air cover, IFAM Redeemer is on station. She's launched her first wave of Rafales. Yes, I know that there is a Mirage 2000N aboard, but we are under no circumstances going to break out long range cruise missiles. Don't worry, the High Lord is watching over us. All right, continue on. See you later, Captain. Good luck."

OOC: Since your representatives are already somewhere else, I'll take it that my delegates are already in their SUVs.

OOC: Can I please state that this is a peace treaty being signed that I would like to get signed? I can understand if you think its a trap, but I would to state that I'm just trying to make a peace-treaty!

Anemos Major SUV

The officer looked at the delegate as they came closer to the hall.

"I must urge you delegate, that you must be aware that the Cybernetic's have already sent a delegate to sign a peace-treaty. Prime Minister Edward Daniel would like this peace-treaty to fully end this conflict ok?" stated the gurellia officer.

The SUV raced through the city alongside its escort as it passed by a Prism Tank standing guard close to the main gates. The SUV stopped on the opposite side of the road as a T-72 battle tank took up position to ensure that no-one would interfer with the meeting. The officer opened up the side door and waited for the people inside to get out. He looked up as a flight of FA-18 Hornets flew over head. The Gurellia's had a firm control over the compound and it they were keen to keep everyone who weren't invited out of the meeting.

"If you please," started the gurellia as he opened the door and stood outside the door. "We need a peace treaty signed,"

Five Armed and armored Lightfire helicopters were heading to the meeting. Each contained a squad of ASDM special forces troopers including the squad that had worked with the Lynions. One of the helicopter's landed at the Pearth Airport while the four others backed off and landed outside the city itself. Commander Lewis stepped out along with Sargent Jackson and his squad.

Greal SUV

"Don't worry, there's nothing thats going to stop us now," replied Ryan with a confiedent smile.

The SUV rolled through the city as it was met with waving gurellia's trying to rebuild the city. Security was becoming tighter as more buggies appeared alongside a pair of Prism Tanks and four T-72 battle tanks. The SUV parked behind a mounted buggy and Ryan opened the door for the delegates.

"Sure, go ahead." said Louisa, continuing in her charming voice. Raul didn't attempt to say anything. The Marines, quiet, followed. They were dressed in full battlefield uniform as if they expected a war to break out any second.

Dyeren simply replied "Oh, we know that. This is but a precaution; if we really suspected something, there would be a whole division down here." With that, he stepped out of the SUV, followed by Yrenthis and a truck pulled up, twenty soldiers cimbing out in their ceremonial capes.

OOC: DaWood, isn't your men at the meeting already?

The gurellia's and the delegates were escorted into the main hallway as they were joined by Prime Minister Edward Daniel, General Zac, General Ryan and Cybernetic General Hawkeye. They were seated in a massive hall as Hawkeye was closely watched by four Gurellia's each armed with R-1 assault rifles with anti-armour rounds designed to take a man's head off with an entire clip. They weren't taking any chances and Hawkeye didn't carry anything into the meeting to avoid any consquences. Among the officers was the captured Loyalist Commander Jonathan that joined them but was dressed in a Democratic uniform due to his defection and the signing of the peace treaty at York.

"Now, you all know why I have requested you to come here," started Prime Minister Edward Daniel as he stood up to face everyone in a circle seating and their escorts behind them. "One week ago, Loyalists Forces have surrendered and King Vector was killed in action with his head bought to the Democratic Forces by the Cybernetic Forces of one...trooper. Before I ask for your advice about the situation, General Hawkeye, could you please come to the front and I think, explain to us about the killing of the civilians that was committed by the Cybernetic Forces," finished Edward as he sat down again.

General Hawkeye started to raise and his hands were placed at his sides as the gurellia's were prepared to gun down Hawkeye if he made any false move. Edward was sitted again as Hawkeye turned around as the exit was cut off by gurellia guards. He gulped before he started as he lowered his hands but kept them where everyone could see them.

"If no-one minds, I would like to explain what had happened," started Hawkeye. "When war broke out, King Vector ruled the Loyalists terroirties with an iron fist and anyone that disobeyed him was never heard of again. We didn't have anything that we could fall back on, so we were forced to be subjected to him. I was like a Human before all this happened. All his generals were forced to become like the Cybernetic Forces and the bulk of his soldiers became part of the Cybernetic Program. Those who refused, their families were sent to them bit by bit in the mail until they finally got the head. The Cybernetic Program then managed to develop two kinds of soldiers. half-Humans which is like me and Anidroids that had all their Human qualities removed from them. It was then we realised that King Vector didn't cared what happened to the Cybernetic Program so naturally, the Androids thought they would dominate Northam-York and wipe out the Loyalists, Democratic and the Half-Human Forces. In desperation to avoid something like that happened, 80,000 which was the entire Half-Human Forces, fled to the western coast and just south of Exmouth. We hid for the first year of the war until finally the Androids had started to kill civilians, Loyalists and the Democratic Forces. We secured the western coast with 10,000 men and refugees were able to come down the western coast without fear of being killed. Later, 30,000 Half-Humans entered Thornlie and gathered what weapons we could find as well as producing Prism Tanks and T-72 battle tanks. From there we found out that Thornlie was the key to the Androids. If the Loyalists, the Democratic Forces or Half-Human Forces took it, the Androids would have no where to reproduce their forces. So we isloated Thornlie and we engaged the Androids and forced them to the eastern coastline and back to Adelaide. After we ntercepted a few transmissions from a Loyalists Radar Station, we learnt that the Democratic Forces had called for help the Coalition Forces were going to help them. We retreated back into Thornlie and the western coast again for half of the second year before a scouting party from the Democratic Forces entered Thornlie. We made ourselves vanished from Thornlie and headed to the north where we entered a war with the Androids at Adelaide. When we heard that Cybernetic Hunters were going to wipe us all out, the Half-Human Forces banded together and we laid seiged to Northam because not only did it have King Vector trapped there, but it also had the mainframe from where we could shut down the Androids. So for the next month, we besieged Northam and cut off all escape routes except the seas which were already in the hands of the Coalition Forces. After we made a dent in their lines, we broke through and we overwhelmed them within two days and we shut down the mainframe, destoryed it and found King Vector. We entered the palace and met little resistance and soon enough, we found King Vector and an Android that was more machine but still had Human feelings inside of it. After we captured the two suspects it turned out King Vector was going android and had made a copy of himself which controlled the Android Forces and ordered them to kill any refugees and use them to contiune on creating the Android Forces. We were confused because we thought the Androids weren't sided with the Loyalists but it turned out that the androids did the last two objectives that it was program to do.

1) Kill any refugees that might defect to the Coalition Forces and
2) Destroy our enemies

The second programing could've being changed to "Kill everyone" instead of their enemies. Afterwards, we made King Vector stand trail and found him guilty of all Human Laws that we could understand and later beheaded him, placed him in a fish tank filled with vinger and sent it to the Prime Minister of the Democratic Forces. Now, we just want peace. We're not stupid, we know that if we went to war with the Coalition Forces, we'll be wiped off the map because there's only 100,000 of us left after we found inprisoned Half-Humans in Northam, and the Coalition Forces have numbers close to a million. We don't have a navy or air force and we won't be able to hold Northam let alone the Northern Provience," explained Hawkeye. "Does that explain everything? If you have any questions, I'll try and answer them the best I can,"

Dyeren looked inquisitively at Hawkeye and asked "So what are you planning to do now? Try to live human lives in Northam-York, or join the army? Because quite personally I think being half-human doesn't matter; you've still got rights." Yrenthis nodded and added "You have fought to the extent that none can doubt your prowess as warriors. Perhaps it is time to show your prowess as civilians? In Anemos, there has long been a tradition that any who fight to the best of their abilities are honoured not with money, or medals, but with a civillian life. You have achieved that and besides, Northam York can be rebuilt. It is not a bad place."

"Hawkeye," started Matrix. "There is nothing wrong with being a half-Human because Lynion's are actually a sub-Human race and we get along with the Humans. I actually think that a peace treaty between Half-Humans and the Democratic Forces will make you become noticed in the world,"

"I thank you for your kind words," started Hawkeye as he nodded to Dyeren and Yrenthis before he started again. "However, I'll be staying in the military until I can find peace with myself. It isn't easy going back to civilian life after this crisis, but we're hoping to leave with the natives of this land and that they accept us,"

He listened to Matrix for a moment before he answered back to him. He thought about it for a moment and then started his reply.

"I am thankful we're not the only sub-Human race on this earth Commander Matrix," replied Hawkeye. "I think most of the Half-Humans will now be focusing on rebuilding Northam-York. We rebuilt Northam over the past months and we have removed the palace and left the site without a building on top of the cliffs,"

"If I could," started Prime Minister Edward Daniel. "Do you think its possible that man and machine could co-exist without the other destroying the other..." Edward just stopped.

"You ok sir?" asked General Zac as he went to Edward's aid.

"If you...could excuse me gentlemen and ladies," started Edward. "Gosh...I haven't being feeling myself laterly,"

General Ryan rushed down and got hold of Prime Minister Edward before the next stage happened. Hawkeye noticed something in the bushes and watched it for a moment before the faint sound of a bullet could be heard whistling towards them. Hawkeye made himself a Human shield between the Assassin and Edward as the bullet whizzed past Matrix's ear and smashed into Hawkeye's shoulder as he was thrown backwards against the ground.

"Bloody hell!" whispered Hawkeye as General Zac came over to him.

"Assassin on the ground!" shouted Zac into hier intercom as he lifted Hawkeye and helped him get to better cover.

"Everyone on the floor!" shouted a gurellia officer as the guards gave supressing fire to the assassin while others threw the delegates on the ground to give them cover.

The kewen delegate, was thrown to the ground as soon as he arrived he muttered something obscene, as he guards unsholdered there assult rifles, one of them lobbed a grenade to the spot everyone was shooting.

The gurellia's took up position as the delegates were ushered further into the hall. Hawkeye wasn't that badly injuried but he was taken further into the hall as the gurellia's lobbed gernades at the assassin. The battle was quickly over as the gurellia's found the assassin dead in the bushes. General Ryan inspected the body and noticed it was a Loyalists Assassin. He hurried back up the staircase and into the hall where the delegates were gathered with other guards.

"The Assassin is dead. I would like to get this peace treaty sign so we can make sure another thing like that never happens again," finished Ryan as Zac came back with the treaty in his hands.

"Fair enough," replied Matrix as he stood up from his escort being covering him. "Who was the assassin after do you know?"

Raul Riddle signed it on the behalf of Greal. Lousia also signed her name after waiting for Raul to be done with it. Greal Marines were on their guard, watching for any assassins.

Matrix signed it on behalf of the Vamperial Order of Lynion. His escort had his pistol by his side as he kept an eye out just in case more assassin's were going to arrive. If the assassin's were going to try again, they are going to face an enraged Lynion.

Ryan looked at the treaty breifly as he remembered it in his mind. He watched as Hawkeye signed the treaty as part of the Half-Human Forces.

Anemonian troops rushed through the compound, securing buildings and from above a pair of Rafales used their radar to find any heat signatures.

The gurellia's had helped secured the compound as the pair of Prism Tanks entered to the compound as they setup a close watch over the hall. The four T-72's made battle formation as the buggies made the compound tighter. The gurellia's scanned the ground from one end to the other and found no more assassin's.

"Compound Omega secured," came a voice over the radio. "Everyone keep watch and no-one else is allowed to enter the compound,"

Yrenthis charged through the crowds, aiming his rifle and shouted "Captain Ferenthiei, I want you to find out where that assassin came from, find the organization that did it and wipe them out. I am authorizing the deployment of one Knightmare, and twenty troops. Move out!" Dyeren watched him, sighed and turned to Hawkeye, saying "A pity. However, if we do find any Loyalist resistance in this city we will, in the subtle words of Captain Ferenthiei, 'jam a GBU up their ass'. We will put snipers on the perimeter, and a few more planes up there; suffice to say, if the enemu feels an urge to fire, they will be mowed down. So then... back to the matter at hand?"

"If we get this Peace Treaty signed, Democratic Forces and Half-Human Forces can hunt down the assassin's," replied Ryan as a medic checked Hawkeye's wound.

"It sounds like the Loyalists are getting desperate," stated Hawkeye. "Actually, come to think of it, there was a rumour going around that Vector had a group of Assassin Androids or Assassin's with orders to take down Coalition Commanders. If I remember right, it was stationed in Albany,"

"Albany? That city has being a ghost town since the war began. Maybe its the likely spot the Resistance of the Loyalists could be," stated Ryan. "Didn't the Cybernetic Forces or the Loyalists take it?"

"It was in Loyalists hands until the war ended," replied Hawkeye. "Which means..."

"...The Loyalists will be trapped up in Albany," finished General Bickley. "Vector did have a group of Assassin's but most people thought it was just for moral boost and if there's androids with them, they'll do the last thing they've being programed to do. Which is to kill the Coalition and Democratic Leaders,"

"Well, I guess its going to be a joint operation then," replied Hawkeye. "Or do you want it to be just Coalition Forces?"

Commander Lewis Stood up and spoke for the first time "Despite . . .Clashes between us and the androids we are willing to sign this treaty also I have four squads of SpecFors. Moving in now to provide. .. more comprehensive security." so saying he signed

The Allied States of DaWoad was added to the Coalition Forces signatures. There was one signature left and once signed it could give the Democratic Forces and the Half-Humans all the power they required to hunt down the remaining Loyalists.

"Dyeren, we need your or the other delegates signature to seal the Peace Treaty at Perth. If we get it signed, then the Loyalists will be hunted down until the last one surrenders," stated General Ryan as he handed the pen towards Dyeren.

"I distrusted the Cybernetics..." began Dyeren, and after a short pause, he took the pen and sighed. "But I distrusted the Loyalists more, and it seems I made the right decision. The only question now, however, is one." At that precise moment Yrenthis returned, holding out a letter to Dyeren. "My Lord, it is here." Dyeren nodded, and he opened the letter, beginning to speak.

"The High Lord of Anemos Major, Ilfir Erenthi III, commands that this treaty be signed with all haste. Anemos is certainly quick to respond to threats, but is also quick to forgive, and this is why we will forgive the Cybernetics, for it was not their fault, and we will respond to the Loyalists, who are our true enemy. The people of Anemos have opted to help Northam York, and so I respond. The Anemonian forces currently in North Yorkam are to aid the coalition at all costs.

Show the world the warriors of Anemos. Show them the product of two-thousand years of war. Show them, Lord Dyeren, as our ambassador to Northam York, and Lord Yrenthis, as the commander of the Anemonian 4th Army.

Dyeren was stunned, but he quickly regained his composure and said "Then it is decided." and signed the paper. As he did so, it seemed as though a gun had gone off. "Ferenthiei!" shouted Yrenthis. "Move the 2nd Division to Albany! I want the carriers in the area to launch all available planes! The amphibious assault force is to stand by for landing operations, and I want air superiority over Albany in twenty minutes! Move!"

The Treaty was now complete Prime Minister Edward Daniel came back in and saw the treaty as he rubbed his head.

"Feeling better Prime Minister?" asked Ryan.

"Yes I am actually," replied Edward.

"The Treaty has being signed and you can add your name when your ready. In the mean time, Hawkeye, get some of your boys up to Albany and cut off their escape routes. Zac, alert the navy and blockard the port,"

Zac and Hawkeye nodded to Ryan as they went off to their duties. The time had come to end the Loyalists Resistance as the Prime Minister signed the Peace Treaty of Perth.

OOC: Yrenthis is actually a Lord Second Marshal of the Army.

"This is Lord Kyren to Lord Yrenthis, over. The airfleet is in position, ETA 8 minutes to Albany. Our Rafales are armed with napalm, our F-38s with HARMs and our F-22s with GBUs. Requesting bombing coordinates."

"This is Captain Ferenthiei to Lord Yrenthis. The 2nd Division is moving to stand by two kilometers out of Albany, with an MLRS unit, two Paladin Howitzer batteries and an armoured division in support. Requesting further orders, over and out."

"We can assist in the Assault if you so wish" Said Commander Lewis. "My marines may be better suited for assault style combat and they can be there in half an hour. That being said we should set up an invasion plan now to avoid confusion and possible FF."

Yrenthis turned to Lewis and said "We need a secure IFF channel. As for the marines, well, the Amphibious Assault Taskforce is made up of assault specialized troops. No, what we need is data on the city and enemy positions; if they are hiding, we will flush them out with napalm, GBUs and in the worst case, carpet bombing. I suggest that your men take up positions to the north stealthily; once our artillery batteries bomb the outskirts to dust from the south, drawing the enemy there, you can commence an assault and your assault troops can secure the north of the city, leaving it open for armoured divisions to come through."

Hawkeye had sent a call back to Northam about the current situation. If the Loyalists were going to stay in Albany, then the Mechanised Forces would have to get there quickly and force the Loyalist Resistance to be pinned down. The Mechanised Infantry of the Half-Human Forces was already being sent and several battle tanks were going to be used in the assault. If they could hold out until Coalition Forces arrived, then they wouldn't have to be majorly committed to the battle.

General Ryan had given orders that the 4th Armoured Division which was a combination of Prism Battle Tanks and T-80 Battle Tanks were headed towards Albany while the 1st Democratic Fleet was going to be sent to blockard the harbour. If the battle was going to go well, then the battle would be over by the end of the week.

General Rammer asked by radio dispatch if there was anything he could do to help the Democrat forces. At least, Greal had air superiority, and no no dared challenge that. Greal F-22 Raptors were frequently patrolling the democratic skies.

The Rafale banked and dropped its napalm onto the roads, flames spilling out. The war had begun.

Allied States armour had finally entered the outer lands of Albany. They were joined by the by Spec Ops from the Half-Humans known as the Gurellia Knights alongside Knights from the Half-Human regular armies. They numbered close to 10,000 as they cross over the coastal road towards Albany.

Democratic Prism Tanks and T-80 battle tanks rolled from Thornlie, to Adelaide to the outskirts of Albany where they waited for other Coalition Forces to arrive. The Democratic Navy had being sent from Exmouth and would arrive within two hours.

The Prsim and the T-80's watched from the outskirts as Coalition Fighter Jets dropped several napalm bombs along the roads which cut off the escape routes of the last of the Loyalists. The Pirsm Tanks fired their beam weapons as they collasped several buildings on top of the resistance forces. T-80 battle tanks rolled into range on the eastern gate as they blasted the gate apart with their 115mm cannons. The Loyalists were waking up to war as they decided to hold the outer parts rather than banding together and holding the central part of Albany.

Matrix left the hall as he climbed into the buggy along with his escort and headed back to the lines. He radio the troops and ordered them to head towards Albany. The Lynion Assassin's were about to hunt down assassin's at their own game. They moved fast along the coastal road and soon they were in sight of Albany.

The Paladin Howitzers began to bombard the southern end of Albany as the Allied Coalition forces moved to press the attack, and Yrenthis shouted "This is Lord Second Marshal Yrenthis of Anemos Major to all coalition forces. Move your main forces to the north undetected and await my signal. Our aim is to lure the enemy south, and then smash them from the north! Over and out!"

"Captain Ferenthiei reporting. Lord Yrenthis, the troops are in position, and they have been reinforced by the Amphibious taskforce. Eta-Sector AB is secure, my lord. We are ready to attack." Ferenthiei lay watching the enemy from a hill next to the city, and behind him was a massive force of infantry and tanks. A Leclerc commander was watching the horizon, and even further behind, Shiika Anti-air cannons scanned the sky. And from overhead came a trio of Phoenix Dynamix F-420Bs, launching Hellfire missiles at a Loyalist BMP-2.

"Lord Yrenthis, the aerial blanket is still active. We are maintaining strikes, and have identified and destroyed several enemy strongpoints, over." A Rafale strafed a main road, and behind it, on two sides, were four other Rafales, and they dropped napalm and GBUs on the buildings the Loyalists had escaped into. And then, from high overhead, missiles came raining down, hitting their targets with unnerving precision.

"This is the XB-52PMS Experimental Unit of the Air Force Test Force, launching all missiles." Kyren smiled and remarked "Lord Yrenthis, I managed to convince Savronin to lend us some Black Aircraft, namely the XB-52PMS High-Altitude Pinpoint Missile Strike Bomber." The missiles continued crashing down onto the buildings, and the Loyalists couldn't help but moan in dread as yet another wave of bombers came, this time B1B Lancers with SR-71 Blackbirds flying at high-altitude acting as spotters. F-22 squadrons came tearing through the sky, bombing enemy AA installations while using the cover of stealth and more and more planes returned for more, rearmed and refueled. The aircraft carriers out at sea were simply letting the aircraft touch and go, rearming and refuelling them in about a minute. Their trained speed was unnerving, and Kyren smiled in pride. His men had GOT to be the best in the navy.

"FIRE!" The artillery commander yelled and in response twenty of his Paladin howitzers roared, firing shells at the enemy. "SWITCH TO WHITE PHOSPHOROUS SHELLS, FIRE!" They continued firing, switching between conventional and WP shells and on the road, men ran out screaming, tearing off their burning clothes as explosions rocked the street. A bit behind the Paladins, MLRS units began to fire, spraying their ordnance towards the east gate in support of the Northam York forces. The missiles exploded in mid-air, spraying HE pellets across the roads and they exploded, but the enemy stayed dug in.

Only two Greal divisions were outfitted in time to join the action. They moved undetected north and waited for orders. F-22 Raptors scrambled quickly and were already attacking enemy positions by the time the Greal forces arrived. sixty thousand troops were about to smash the enemy.

"Lets move!" That was the signal. Tank after tank with infantry support were to attack the enemy.

"Got ya can do." Lewis moved off to join the waiting helicopters and began issuing orders

Yrenthis was at the scene, watching the bombardment through binoculars, flanked by Ferenthiei and another officer. "Right, once our bombers have..." he frowned as he saw Greal troops about to mobilize. "Ferenthiei, I believe they're about to move out... " Ferenthiei called them over his intercom, muttering "This is Anemos Major 4th Army to Greal forces. Do NOT move out, you will be obliterated, over. Stand by, I repeat, stand by."

"Wait for the bombardment to finish," ordered Hawkeye as he was greeted by the armoured battalions that was sent from York and Thornlie.

A lone scout had managed to come to the edge of the city as most of it was laying in ruins. The scout pulled up his glasses and scanned the area as he noticed that the Loyalists were falling back to the Town Centre.

"Coalition Forces, enemy forces are withdrawing into the town centre," started the scout over the radio. "Dirvert attacks to the Town Centre,"

"This is Lord Fourth Marshal Kyren of the Anemonian Air Force, diverting our attacks." Kyren shut off the transmission and turned to an aide, shouting "Tell all strike wings to divert their attacks to the Second area, and get the B1Bs back in there in the Cicular Detainment Bombing Formation!"

"Ferenthiei, push forwards! We must seize this chance! Get the armoured units to spearhead the assault, and move the Knightmares to support Northam-York! Move!" Ferenthiei nodded, and muttured into his intercom "Commence Operation Breaking Light." The tanks slowly rumbled to life, and Yrenthis smiled.

"This is war."

The fires died down as Democratic Forces moved into Albany alongside Cybernetic Forces. Prism and T-80 battle tanks rolled into the city as they crushed the last of the resistance forces in the outer part of the city. The Coalition Bombers blasted the Town Centre and around the TC. The Loyalists were still willing to fight down to the last man as they became trapped in the ruins of the Town Centre even though the bulk of them were killed instantly from the bombings. The Pirsm Tanks gathered around the ruined Town Centre as the Loyalists were firing their AK-107's at the tanks even though they were out of RPG's. The Pirsm Tanks waited for a moment before coming alive with their beams and blasted the last remaining wall of the Town Centre over the resistance as Cybernetic Forces moved in. It was going to be a quick battle. General Hawkeye entered the city with his men as the Cybernetic Forces had proven themselves. Two platoons of Cybernetic Soldiers entered the ruined Town Centre and checked it out before meeting brief resistance. However, they found a number of wounded and one interesting body that had no identification but plenty of bodyguards around him. A Cybernetic Soldier took the flag of the Democratic Forces and raced up to the highest point of the Town Centre which was part of the tower that was still standing. He went up and pulled down the Loyalist Flag and raised the Democratic Flag meaning the battle was quickly over. The remaining Loyalist Forces stumbled out of their hide outs, stunned by the blitzberg battle that the Colaition Forces used.

"It over," started Hawkeye as he watched the Loyalist march out of the ruins and into a single file. "Now we have to rebuild Albany,"

The F-22s roared over head as Yrenthis, along with his support staff, marched into Albany, followed by tanks and troops. The troops began to look for enemies that were hiding, smashing open doors and opening fire. There were some civillians, who were safely led out although many had suffered injuries, and as Yrenthis looked around at the carnage he shook his head and muttered "If only they'd surrendered." He saw Hawkeye and walked over to him, raising his hand in greeting, his sword in the other and asked him "So, are any of your men proficient builders or are we going to have to learn as we go?"

"The Cybernetic Forces will rebuild Albany," started Hawkeye as he watched the men divide into two groups with one being 3/4 of the division and the other 1/4 acted as sentries. "When they find a home town in ruins, they'll start to re-build it by taking down the ruined homes and rebuilding them. We did it in Northam and it was quickly done," finished Hawkeye as he watched the Cybernetic Battalions start to clear out two houses while the other Cybernetic Forces stood sentry duty.

"We have some engineers that can restore the town's power and water before we can worry about rebuilding." said Commander Rammer to the Democratics. His troops were busy setting up guards to watch Albany's outskirts.

"We have a city to re-build," started Hawkeye as he turned to Commander Rammer. "We're thankful for what you have done for us and we hope that we can be democratic and free,"

Hawkeye watched as more Cybernetic Engineers arrived in Albany alongside Democratic Forces. The process of re-building the city would take time but it wouldn't go unnoticed by the world. Albany was going to become the port city that would attract business to Northam-York. However, the death count was reported to be in the millions and it was the most costly war that Northam-York had ever suffered.

Two weeks later, Prime Minister Edward Daniel became the Democratic Party Leader and he lead his party to a landside victory at the election polls against the Liberal Party and the Christian Democratic Party. He was elected at the age of 36 and was the youngest Prime Minister of Northam-York.

Three weeks later, the newly formed Democratic Government of Northam-York had produce a Bill that allowed the Cybernetic People which numbered close to 110,000 people to contiune to live alongside Northam-York people and breed. This was greatly accepted by nearly everyone except the Communist Party but it had no power in Parliament.

Four weeks after the war ended, Thornlie, Exmouth and Adelaide were finally rebuilt with Albany being fully re-built within the next week, it gave Northam-York a feeling that they were going to live without fear of the monarchy or the Loyalists. It was also in this time that the first Cyberneti-Human marriage happened which bonded the natives together.

After a month and a half after the Civil War ended, The Democratic Forces were now fully equipped with the equipment they required to defend the island home. However, their thanks went to the Coalition Forces who now were starting to leave Northam-York. Prime Minister Edward Daniel sent out a telegram to the Coalition Forces congulating them on their efforts.

The people of this nation congulate you on your efforts to aide us with the civil war that has ended. If it weren't for the Coalition Forces, the Loyalists surely would've overpowered our forces but it didn't happen. You are all considered allies to us and are welcome to Northam-York at any time you wish. I wish every single one of you the best of luck in the future and the fallen will be remembered for their valiant efforts to end the bloody Civil War.

I wish you luck towards your new era and I hope its a fruitful one. We wish to establish diplomatic relations with and maybe trade agreements.

Yrenthis smiled, but suddenly behind him Ferenthiei shouted "Lord Yrenthis! We have orders to return at once; Anemos Major is under attack!" Yrenthis's face was shocked as he read the paper, and he quickly donned his cape, saying "Good luck, Hawkeye. We will send aid as soon as possible, but right now I must protect my homeland." With that, he and the rest of the troops began to walk away.

"Good luck Yrenthis," replied Hawkeye. "I might see you again sometime soon," finished Hawkeye as he watched Cybernetic Snipers being trained at the local barracks.

Greal wishes to establish a military base and a naval base in Northam-York for our remaining troops and our still present naval fleet.

Greal has permission to do so as long as it can be inspected from time to time by our military.
