The Phoenix Milita has finally authorized the sale of Phoenix Dynamix's most advanced military hardware and systems used as front line combatants which have been kept to the TPM military since their creation. But now after much lobbying, TPM gov't has allowed Phoenix Dynamix to sell these products to "Preferred Customers"

Q: How can I become a Preferred Customer if I am not on the list?
A: Ask. If you have never bought from Phoenix Dynamix or have never had relations with The Phoenix Milita, chances are you are not a Preferred Customer.
Q:Can I buy production rights if I am a Preferred Customer?
A:No. Production rights will not be sold period.
Q:How can my nation become a "Preferred Customer"?
A:Buy a lot of Phoenix Dynamix's normal stuff, have us do a custom design for you and buy a lot of it when its done, or support The Phoenix Milita politically in some way. Might also be a good idea to open an embassy in Phoenix. Nations with factories in their country may also qualify
