1) All purchases are not done in credits, dollars, or whatever monetary unit whatever civilization may use. They will however take information, supplies, materials, and (in some cases) technology, but each weapon has an estimated price to give a general going range (so you could buy a plas-pistol for 400 USD worth of materials or supplies).
2) The suppliers are apparently neutral, claiming no allegiance to any nation although they do admit to belonging to the same corporation. The source of these weapons are from the Sertian Exploration Fleet, but they are keeping that a secret for as long as possible.
3) Will accept OOC/IC purchase posts, however IC purchase posts are easier to play out negotiation scenes (All the weapon dealers seem to be a race of humanoids with green-purple markings on their cheeks, angled and pointed ears, as well as feathers growing from their wrists and ankles. They can be met anywhere from a bar or restaurant to a remote area where they can demonstrate the capability of their weapons).

The XP-01 is a Plasma Pistol designed to comfortably fit in the hand of a two-meter tall humanoid race. It’s outside is composed of durable diamond-lattice alloy composed of Titanium and Tungsten, which makes the entire pistol on the heavy side. Inside, the pistol utilizes miniaturized plasma conduits to carry the intense charges needed to accelerate the plasma at intense velocities.
The XP-01 is powered by specialized energy cells utilizing a special form of plasma energy storage while also doubling as a canister for the air that will be turned into plasma so that the weapon functions in space. The XP-01 comes with one fully charged Plas-Cell.
Effective Range: Ten meters.
Clip Size: 30.
Speed of Plasma Bolt: c/20,000 or 15,000m/s.
Heat of Plasma Bolt: 2,000 Kelvin.

A much more deadly weapon than the XP-01 and suitable for total warfare situations. It has the same Titanium-Tungsten diamond alloy to protect the gun from the rough and tumble of combat as well as enemy fire, and is also equipped with the familiar plasma conduits of the XP-01 to channel the intense power requirements. However, this rifle also comes equipped with an infrared-laser scope that can be linked to almost any HUD system.
The XP-02 uses the same Plas-Cells of the XP-02, however the rifle comes with two of the regular Plas-Cells and one Long-Clip that can hold twice the amount of ammunition/power.
Effective Range: One-hundred meters.
Clip Size: 15, 45 from Long Clip.
Speed of Plasma Bolt: c/12,000 or 25,000m/s.
Heat of Plasma Bolt: 3,500 Kelvin.
Kinetic Energy of Plasma Bolt: 17,718,750 Joules.

The XP-03 is a two-part sniper rifle. The first barrel contains a primitive and lightly powered lasgun that creates a vacuum tunnel towards the target, allowing the primary plasma bolt afterwards to travel freely for long ranges at hypervelocity. Because of the vacuum tunnel and the sheer speed of the plasma bolt, it usually pierces through several centimeters of armor before erupting in what, usually, is the enemy’s flesh.
The XP-03 comes with two regular Plac-Cells and is incompatible with the long Plas-Cells. It also doesn’t come equipped with a scope so the buyer will generally have to find their own before taking these plasma weapons out for war.

The plasma weaponry acts a lot like the Phased Plasma Weapons of Bablyon 5, but instead of a residual magnetic field, the plasma bolts are fired in such a way to create a dynamo-effect, allowing them to remain consistent for a few micro-seconds to travel before dispersing (whether they hit something or not).
