Synopsis
Years have passed since the last great conflict in the global magical community and the memories of the terror of the last conflict have begun to fade. The people have forgotten the terrors of the Blood Wars, causing them to dismiss the old tales of the horrifying accounts of the old wars as little more then hyperboles of what actually occurred. It was simply easier, for the younger generations, to believe fiction over fact. As many of the younger generations simply wanted to believe the pure blood wizards
Now the old tensions are beginning to return, as now there are not enough people care enough to prevent the old rifts from returning to the magical world, and as result of this the old pure blood radicals, the ones responsible for starting the old wars, had begun to return to their former prominence in the magical world.
The pure blood radicals are now beginning to recruit more souls to their cause. People, both pure bloods and mixed bloods, from across the world are now beginning to rally behind the reviving pure blood supremacy movement, the High Blood Inquisition, and are preparing for a new open war against all those who would oppose their goals.
Yet, there are those who are also now aligning themselves against the High Blood Inquisition and are organizing what forces they can to resist the increasingly open actions of the Inquisition with the hopes of preventing any future open war in the magical world.
Organization Overviews
High Blood Inquisition
Bio: An old group that is based upon the ideology of pure blood supremacy. Their overall long term goals include eliminating all persons born to non-magics, setting up a world wide government that oppresses all non-magics, and ensuring the continued survival of pure blood lines. Though it has been nearly destroyed a number of times enough of the Inquisition has always survived to ensure the continued survival of the group,
Leader: Lord High Inquisitor Victor Platten
Commanding Body: Council of the Inquisitorial Lords (Hereditary Positions) and High Inquisitors (Non-Hereditary)
Numbers: ~8,000
Hands of Justice
Bio: Founded during the old Blood Wars, and it was one of the key reasons why the Blood Wars were brought to an end. Though its effects on the world have been great the group has always operated in secret for the benefit of the greater magical community and it has been preserved by the children of the organization’s members.

You cannot other rpers’ characters (their main character and close family) without their consent, no god moding, respect other people ICly and OOCly, and please do NOT invent random spells in the middle of a battle/duel.
To note you can submit spell idea in the spell thread, you are allowed to have creatures like House Elves or semi-intelligent creatures are servants or pet (NO dragons though), and you are allowed to make up facts about your characters families as long as it relatively wholesome.
One last thing, if you bother me to much you shall be slapped with some sort of sea creature.:tongue:
