Following a small amount of passive unrest, Zanski is adopting its first ever Constitution.
Known as the September Constitution, this can only be amended after a coup or public referendum.

ON THE POSITION OF THE GOVERNMENT
The zansko-Gharrakan government is here to serve, protect and represent its citizens. Thus, Zanski-Gharraka will go to any lengths to preserve its people, at home or abroad.
An act of war against Zansk Citizens is considered an act of war against the government.
All lands belonging to Zanski-Gharraka, including Mhoudia, are protected by the Pan-gharrakan Peacekeeping Force.
Tur Kalavar, both the ethnic Calaveran and Zansk portions, are integral to the Zansk state.
REGARDING ETHNICITY
The following ethnic groups are protected by the Zansk Government and have full voting, tax and pay rights if they are citizens of Mhoudia (union), Zanski or have Bay Calaveran (Kalavar) passports:
*Zansk, including Zansk Jews
*Gharrakan
*Black Gharrakan (Zaynite)
*Christian Mhoudian
*Jayirie
*Españo-paramusians
*Bay Calaveran
*Valenasian
*Ambaise
*Chansan
*Jews
REGARDING MILITARY
The military's position is to keep peace and prevent conflict in any Zansk territory. The military is autonomous from the government but needs unguided permission from the government to attack anything.
All Zansko-Gharrakan peoples must sign up for Zansk Army or Militias when they are 18 and stay for at least two years.
REGARDING POLITICAL LEANINGS
All parties must be Zansko-Gharrakan and not for individual ethnicities. The right does not exist. The right-wing is not acceptable and is illegal. Fascist leanings are punishable by death. Zionism is legal. Christian nationalism is legal. Socialism is encouraged.
REGARDING DISPUTED TERRITORIES
(I)Integral=We fight for our right to the land
(A)Autonomous=Citizenship of the region and surrounding states legal, not encouraged, heavily taxed
(Af)Affiliated Territory=Citizenship of Zanski allowed, Zansk advisors present, Affiliated Militias cumpolsary
(P)Passive Territory: Only claimed ceremonially, no real rights or care given to people or land, diplomatic relations allowed without recognition.
