TO: Select 10 plane manufacturers (only first ten designs will be considered)
Uiri is currently looking for a transport plane to transport vehicles and other supplies over 1,000's of kilometres. We are willing to settle for a plane which can carry 325 metric tons instead however we would prefer a 433 tonne capacity plane. This will be a big contract worth trillions as we need a lot of these planes as our land forces are the largest element.

OOC: I'm not sure how many non-n00bish aircraft that you are going to find to meet that weight limit, but in case no one can... i'll give you the link to mine.

Phoenix Dynamix presents the C-16B Super Pelican Heavy Strategic Transport. Built on the design of the C-16 Pelican which was completed after 10 years of research with help from Greater Beijing, Non Aligned States, and Vast Principles to supplement the C-15 and replace expensive blended wing bodied aircraft , the Super Pelican is perfect for transporting large amounts of men or bulky, heavy material across the world. The main cargo area of the C-16 can carry 6-8 Tanks, 12 helicopters, small submarines, ICBMs, 28 trucks, shipping pallets or just about anything else you can cram in the cargo doors. In additon to cargo, up to 220 passengers and relief crew can be carried. The upper decks' forward and rear compartments have galleys for food preparation and lavatories as well as 7 bunks on each side. When configured for maximum passenger load, the C-16 can carry 1200 troops (in addition to full crew w/ relief and substantial fuel)

We would also be willing to submit the newer, slightly more capable Super Albatross, but as it is new technology, our government would not allow us to sell it to you unless you negotiated its release through the embassy of The Phoenix Milita, and established formal relations.
OOC: The Super Albatross is inspired by the Super Pelican but is bigger in several dimensions and has a one million pound maximum wartime payload. An image can be seen on this chart (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v293/grunt74/NS1/airchart.png), but it has not been released to the public yet so I would like to have your nation at the least establish an embassy in my nation so that the company can do this kind of deal with you.
