Razorlian Sniper Rifle Developed
After much debate on bringing back the special forces divison of the Razorlian Military the forces would need silenced weapons. Not wanting to call upon aid to obtain silenced weapons weapons designers all round came together to create the R.R.R (Razorl Recon Rifle)

They can help you a lot more than I can.
I could care less about the Draftroom
After looking at your so-called sniper rifle with an effective range of 200 meters and a net cost of under $600, you may want to reconsider that...

lol
Oh, and another thought: Trying to silence this thing would be rather lulzy, given the fact that the bullet is moving fast enough to wake up the entire neighborhood anyway. Seems pretty anemic for 7.62 NATO as well. Rate of fire is also absurdly low, given that the thing looks to be semi-automatic. And why are you charging extra for the scope when you indicate previously in the write-up that it's included in the weapon?

That's your choice.

While I usually refrain from flaming weapon designing noobs, I can't help myself after seeing this. First of all, you should NEVER mess with Binaria, he'll **** you up good. Second, You should have really put more effort and thought into this. This does not resemble anything near a sniper rifle. Third, while the people at the Draftroom can be annoying, they are just trying to help you (believe me, you need it). Finally, if you cannot draw anything resembling a firearm, then don't draw anything at all.

A plain envelope with a handwritten address and post marked from TPM arrives at the offices of the storefront. Inside on a slip of paper is a hand written message:
To whom it may concern,
I would like to buy one of your Razorl Recon Rifles. I see the advantage a small, short ranged, yet accurate and quiet rifle could have on scouting missions, or in police actions. Since I find myself involved in both from time to time, this rifle would be ideal for my uses. I would also like the included scope. I will forward you a check for $592.67 once you confirm my order.
Sincerely,

[OOC: I'm not a firearms expert by any stretch - the only thing I have experience shooting is a .22 Ruger - but there are a few flaws I would point out without the attitude of some of the other people here.]
1. Try to be consistent with units (no mixing feet with metres, etc.)
2. Sniper rifles generally have ranges of at least 600 metres. The world record for a kill, IIRC, is a 2.43 km kill made by a Canadian sniper with a McMillan TAC-50. That kind of range may be difficult with a 7.62x51mm round, so I would put the range around 1,200 - 1,400 metres.
3. A 22-foot gun and a 14-foot barrel? The Denel NTW-20, one of the largest sniper rifles in the world, is less than seven feet long, and its barrel barely breaks four feet.
4. This pistol (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnum_Research_BFR) weighs more than 1.8 kg. While it's admittedly larger than most pistols, it's not as large as anyone's rifle. A lightweight sniper rifle should probably be around 8-10 kilos.
5. Automatic + sniper rifle = bad idea. Sniper rifles are intended to score a kill with the first shot, from a range at which a high rate of fire is unnecessary. A sniper shoots and scoots; think of them as mini-artillery in that regard. Go with bolt action, even though it is a bit 19th-century. They still use them for a reason.

1. meters is common measurement for range even in societies that use inches for dimensions.
2. Though he has termed it a sniper rifle, its name "recon rifle" is a better descriptor. The short range could be explained by the short barrel, though he could easily increase it by 100m.
3. You and I both know he means 22 inches and 14 inches, respectively. If you honestly thought he meant feet, then you are forgiven.
4. There is a point that could be made for the low weight, but it could be countered because of the rifle's short barrel and the fact it has no stock. You do however have no idea what you are talking about in regards to what a lightweight sniper rifle should weigh. The M40, a full size sniper rifle, weighs less than 7kg. The SR-25, a semi-automatic sniper rifle weighs under 5kg. Both of those are chambered in the same round as the RRR.
5. It is probably not a sniper rifle, and instead seems more like a Scout Rifle (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scout_rifle), and even so, semi-automatic sniper rifles are common.
+1 for not having the bad attitude, though.
