As part of the plan to raise the Economy of the Ryou Black Islands. the new Government was now starting to open the Ryou Black Island to Forgein Companies. To make sure that the Forgein business would come. The Revolutionary Government also declared that The two Xanadou Colonies and the Comoros Islands were opened for Forgein Companies to enter.

This was to help in the rebuilding of the Ryouese Economy and help bring the Islands to the International Spotlight as a place for Jobs to be made.

And for Dreams to be made.

(OOC: nah i aint FT but i did do a FT intro just incase. Because in my Factbook history you see they became isolationist they had very very few technological advances and so its still MT but like 5 centuries after Nikolai Fields and All that. I acutally roleplay time and all that so... yeah)

While We do allow mineing of Metals in some areas We do not allow Mineing in The Rainforests and We will want you to fallow Ryouese Mineing Laws.

But As for The Bauxite deposists, we do not have any Bauxite. but we do have Gold, Silver, Iron, Diamond Sapphire, Ruby and Emerald for mineing.

Harris-Northstar is most disapointed at the lack of Bauxite deposists in the Ryou Black Islands. however we would be intrested in purchasing any other minerla deposits wich exist. Could re request information on both size and price for those in existance, as well as information on any unusual aspects of Ryouese Mineing Law, as we would not like to be caught out by a little known clause.

EDG proposal

With respect to the Empress Isabella and the government of Ryou.

Having learned of your interest in opening your country to transnational corporations and having noted your admirable commitment to the protection of your islands forests we the Speakers of Sarrowquand have granted funds for the formation of a new international environmental initiative the EDG (Ecological Development Group) a sister company to FRIC (Forestry Research Institute Ceripal, Prycuse) and ECA (Enviromental Concerns Agency, Natzailey+Novantiscan).

The EDG will seek to develop and patent biotech products in Ryou whilst also promoting profitable bio-tourism and awareness within the islands. The EDG will also study the impact of industry on the Ryouse ecosystems and offer advise on how this can be limited so as not to deplete biological resources.

As the EDG will be operating as an international environmental initiative of Sarrowquand it will be granted satelite time to observe the forests and help the Ryou government tackle illegal logging and poaching. It will also be able to draw upon Dominion Wardens for recruitment.

The EDG will also re-invest some of its profits into the local education system in order to ensure that Ryouese citizens gain the appropriate qualifications to work for the EDG at all levels.
