The Holy empire of Osea has taken a review of its military capabilities and has found them lacking certain nessasary components. Therefore, it is offering the following contracts.

Army Contracts

As the Osean army already uses Russian equipment, it would prefere that entries be based off Russian Designs so that there are no problems with logistics. It would also prefere that the designs be capable of fitting confortably in a naval transport and can handle a variety of conditions.

Contracts:
. A self propelled Gun/Missile Air Defence System Design
. A Command Vehicle Design
. A Main Battle Tank, preferably with a 155 mm gun

Naval Contracts

The Royal Osean Navy presently uses NATO designs and would prefere entries be based off NATO designs so that there are no problems with logistics.

Contracts:
. A Design for a Nuclear powered submarine capable of transporting cargo

Air Force Contracts

The Royal Osean airforce presently uses NATO designs and would prefere entries be based off NATO designs so that there are no problems with logistics.

. A Bomber capable of supersonic speeds and capable of carrying a bomb weighing 27 tonnes.

Air and Missile Defense

The Holy empire of Osea requests aid in developing a modern air defense system and a Anti Ballistic Missile system capable of stopping ICBMs. It also requires aid in developing a shorter range tactical ABM system.

Nuclear weapons

. A Design for a MIRVed ICBM capable of being launched from a mobile launcher Vehicle
. A Design for a Mobile launcher vehicle

We, the people of Ursava, will gladly help you in the development of an Anti-Ballistic missile system that will stop ICBMs from reaching your country.

The KC-14 Jack Ass (http://phoenixdynamix.proboards38.com/index.cgi?board=Aircraft&action=display&thread=9) and EC-14 Donkey (http://phoenixdynamix.proboards38.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=Aircraft&thread=15&page=1) can fulfill these roles and will ease the strain on training and logistics since they share a common airframe and parts.

OOC: Is your bomber capable of carrying a Tsar Bomba or any Nationstate versions.

ooc: it should, in it's internal bay. It has a payload of about 200k lbs, similar to a B-1 or Tu-160 (the bombers i based it on). either use of the word 'ton' makes about 56-60k lbs. for a 27 ton weapon.

M-20A1 Gladiator Mobile Anti-Aircraft Artillery

The M-20A1 Gladiator mobile anti-aircraft gun system is built on an all new purpose-built chassis and features state-of-the-art systems throughout. The main turret can swivel 1040 degrees and has pitch, yaw and roll ability. in the center of the turret, a panoramic video camera and mini radome provide guidance for the standard model's 4 rapid fire 40mm Bofors anti aircraft cannons. The required crew is only 2, but a third crewman(driver) can free the commander to operates a 7.62mm(or other intermediate caliber) machinegun for self defense. The gunner sits safety in the armored hull, and views his target area on a pair of panoramic screens and a radar scope. He also has a FLIR system to aid in the targeting of the 4 infrared anti-aircraft missiles. The interior is quite roomy for a mobile anti aircraft gun, so there is space for large amount of ammo, spare treads, extra stingers, food, water, even AT-4 rockets. There is enough room in the rear area for a 6foot 200lb man to sleep comfortably, or for a stretcher patient to be placed. Also the M-20 can serve as an emergency APC/medevac as it can hold 2 seated passengers in the rear compartment (instead of stretcher patient) We are aware that many different calibers of ammunition are used in air defense artillery, so we offer the M-20 with a number of weapons options.
