Izistan

Industrial station R.B. Bennett.
It was a litany of disaster.
+X and -Y thruster cluster...gone. Service module holed, life support out gassing. Primary fuel cells totaled, secondary cells only providing 30% of nominal power.
Six men that never made it home. It was a miracle that the two payload specialists were suited up at the time of the impact - and that enough of the computer system remained to telo-operate the good ship Bumblebee back to her docking cradle.
All this because someone had decided to nuke a Soyuz and the fucking debris field ended up in the same orbit as Bumblebee's flight path. The same debris that shredded the orbital transport, killed six men, and on top of everything else; added to the damn problem.
In the end, it was not all together surprising that the only answer that the xenophobic fascists of Izistan came up with... was a disproportional one.
