Today East Laos released a statment saying that they've completed they're nuclear weapons program, and they currently have up to 20 in possesion. Also several chemical and biological weapons have been developed.

Off the East Laotian Coast
The Narwhal, one of the Tolvanic Navy's state of the art Type 94 attack submarines, slipped into the waters near East Laos quietly. There were no relations between Tolvan and East Laos but in the Commonwealth's experience instability usually ensued when small nations flaunted their newly acquired nuclear weapons. For now the Narwhal would merely keep an eye on things, but with her load out of forty Mk.60 torpedoes, ten UGM-304 anti-ship missiles, and twenty-four UGM-303A cruise missiles, the Narwhal was ore than capable of defending itself.

East Laos had begun to aim them at Malokia, their neighboring nation who had recently gotten its independence from East Laos, due to popular demand by the world. The East Laosian radar ship, capable of detecting any enemy ships that get into East Laos' waterspace, had detected a small object near the nation. But they dismissed it as a mere glitch in the system. However, just in case, they were watching they're waters even more than usual.
