now on with the RP.

IC:Asuka was dead, the Invaders had been routed and the Ryou Black Islands were free.

Now it was time to rebuild the Ryouese Empire from the evils of the Genocideal Anti-Ryouese Allaince and the Terror of the Civil War.

It was time to rebuil The Islands and it was also a Time of Reform.

a New Era from the Terror of The Juta Period had started. The end of the threats were to begin, ending The threats by forgein devils that wanted to Destroy Ryouese Culture and life.

And leading this Change was The Ryouese Revolutionary People's Party (RRPP for short). They were the leading members of the Rebel Allaiance, back by Wanderjar it self. They had helpped fight aganst Asuka and her Lone Allaince Allies. Drove The invadeng Anti-Ryouese away and were now Marching into Shai.

Also leading The Reforming was Empress Isabella and her husband, Emperor Hirohito. Backed by The Rebel Allaince and The Navy, Isabella would soon come to Shai and help iin starting a New Government.

The Old Imperial Style was what started the Coup and Asuka's Plans for world conquest. The Republican Socialists and The Maoists could not enact the Reforms to help move the Empire along.

But They would help in Reforming The Revolutionary Empire of The Ryou Black Islands.

a New Day had dawned.

The Next Part of The Rebuilding of The Revolution was the Economy. The Anti-Ryouese Allaince and The Roman's Scaremongering had almost ruined the economy of the islands So they started to do something that was a Surpirse for all.

Lettng foregin companies enter The Islands and start up. But they had to obey Ryouese Business laws and not try forceing Ryouese Companies out of Business.

In Short, It was rebuilding and change that was the name of The Ryouese Revolution.

IC: The Islands were rebuilding and continueing with it. and the Rebulding didn't only mean towns and cities and the economy.

But the Government it self.

Time are a Big Change, one Isabella agreed to.

As Isabella was returning. The Four main political Parties of The Rebel Allaince, (The Maoists, The Republican Socialists, The Reists and The Ryouese Revolutionary People's Party.) were already writeing up a new Constitution for The Ryouese People. The Ryouese Empire was to become a constitutional monarchy With a Grand Minister has Head of The Government and the Imperial Family also having a minor role in the new Government. Isabella could still declare war, Sign laws, Call for Elections and be in command of the Military. But The Grand Minister was to be higher in power then even The Empress.

Also the Ryouese Changed their Flag to a new style:

The Revolution was continueing.

Soon, many people would cought up in the wave of The Revolution that many things had changed for the Empire.

A new motto was used for the empire "Per la rivoluzione e il rivoluzionario Ryouese Impero" For the revolution and the revolutionary Ryouese Empire. This was for the future for the Empire, a Wanderjarian Backed Government. One that would learn from the Teachings of Wanderjarian Revolutionaries, Yasashii Himura, Mao and Rei Nakagishima.

The Revolution was mainly Peaceful, but even peace must have blood and the Revolutonary Court was started to start the Trails of Business people, Politicians and Army Officers who sided with Asuka's Juta. The Court would start The Trails aganst the Juta Officals as soon as it could.

and Those that would found guilty would sent to death, by beheading are being Burnt at the Stake.

While The Revolution was being in between the Orange Revolution of The Ukranie and the bloody French Revolution. The Ryouese were not blind to the world. When The Lone Allaince asked for its Dead back, the Ryouese soon started to send the dead back. They were put on Dai no Jamiusy or 'Boats of Death' to be picked up by the TLA. The Boats were set on the water and were sent to a Area Outside Ryouese waters. The Ryouese sent The message about where they were and warned the TLA forces to never enter The Ryou Black Islands.

But the Biggest change was to the military it self. The Imperial Military was to be Merged into one Group: The Revolutionary People's Martine Armed Forces. The Navy, Air Force, Army and Marines were Joined into this large Armed force. The RPMAF was to be under the control of Empress Isabella and Grand Admiral Ryu

And The Military Rebuilding would also help the Economy, since the Arms factories would to be reopened. Also, The RPMAF was not to be no weak 'Defense force' it would be used in Offensive wars against The enemies of The Ryouese People and Empire.

The Empire was far from weak.
