President Vasili Kavinkov yawned silently as he sat down on his comfortable chair. After his long plane trip, Kavinkov was incredibly pleased with the prospect of sitting down on a leather chair. Outside, the harsh wind and snow of the Rumanovian winter thrashed in futility against the large bulletproof window beside Kavinkov. He calmly took of his Ushanka fur hat and lay back on his chair to rest. While his several layers of clothing and his bulletproof vest made comfort difficult to achieve, it also helped warm him and made him feel much more relaxed. Beside him, his four personal Cossack Guardsmen and several Rumanovian agents sat idly by. Kavinkov always brought his guards to foreign meetings. While Rumanovia was certainly a secure nation, all four of the Cossacks were close friends of his. The leader of the Guards, Boris Ulanovic, had known Kavinkov since they were just children growing up in rural Korvograd.

After a short nap, Kavinkov stood up and rummaged through his baggage until he found a large, silver flask. He quickly unscrewed it and poured himself a small amount of a clear, sharp smelling liquid. Several of his guards and even one of the Rumanovians handed Kavinkov their cups. He quickly poured each man some of the drink and then screwed the cap of his flask back on. "Drink up Comrades." Kavinkov laughed as he drank the liquid in one gulp. He let out a refreshed sigh before speaking up "Nothing quite like Volzgradien Vodka eh?" Several of his guards laughed before drinking their fill. The train was just beginning to pull into the station when Kavinkov noticed the massive castle through his window. "Impressive. I'm guessing the meeting is going on there?" Kavinkov asked as he stared at the monumental structure. One of the Rumanovians nodded. Kavinkov smiled, "Excellent. It looks like we'll have excellent accommodations.

The "iron train" was almost arrived at the station when the comrade Shlostru told Kavinkov: "Dear comrade, welcome Zuskov, where zarist troops were destroyed and defeated after the Great Socialist Revolution." From the train is already saw the colossal Castle Ruman on top of a rocky peak; arrived at the station of Zuskov, the president Kavinkov was warmly welcomed: the military band began to play "The International", 2 young members of Communist Youth (the youth organisation of the Communist Party of Rumanovian Workers) offered 2 bunches of red carnations and the president greeted them with happiness. Everything was decorated with red flags and gold sickles-hammer. While the people were greeting the beloved president of Volzgrad, the comrade Anastas L. Ryaskov (Chief and Responsable for the Ministry for International Affairs) gave welcome Kavinkov saying: "Today two peoples become even stronger and friends, today you and the comrade Petr Petrov realize an enormous service to the people of Bulgislavia." Kavinkov was accompanied along its Cosaccks guard personnel to the cars: Kavinkov, Ryaskov and Shlostru went on a limousine "ZiS" produced in Rumanovia, the guards of STASI and Cosaccks of Volzgrad went on a couple of UAZ-469 that were in front and behind the limousine. On board, Kavinkov said "Is produced in Rumanovia this car? It seems to be very robust and handled with care. This car seems like that ones produced in 50's in Soviet Union". The convoy began marching; after crossing for half an icy steppe whit snow, entered Zuskov: the people was in a festive mood and facing the windows where they were posted flags of Rumanovia and Volzgrad. All the inhabitants sang beating at the hands, singing the refrain of Rumanovia Patriotic Hymn (the state anthem):
"People - Rumanovia - Socialism!
Party - Rumanovia - Communism! "
In the medieval square was mounted a huge portrait of the 5 Masters of Proletariat on the old City Hall. Leaving the small country, after passing up a series of curves, came to Castle Ruman. Here even though the temperature was the same, was blowing a strong wind from the north-east; Kavinkov, Ryaskov and Shlostru went down by machine, and together with guards STASI and Cosaccks began to cross the wooden bridge that leads to great entry; Kavinkov seeing this wonderful medieval monument said "An extraordinary fortification! I believe that we will host comrade Petrov fine, comrades." Arrived at the entrance, the heavy wooden-iron doors were opened and entered a room where there were 2 immense granite stairs with clear above the red carpet. Kavinkov was then brought in the "Hall of Arms," on the left, where there was Petrov who waited. Kavinkov entered the room and saw him just Petrov said: "My Vassily! Comrade! Welcome to the land of Rumanovia!", embraced and greeted with happiness. Petrov then said: "You have done a long journey: Zuskov is one of the most north town of the country and this winter has in practice never end; you need rifocillarti, drink a sip of a speciality of the place." Kavinkov tooked away the ushanka and coat, which were replied by a inserviente, and sat alongside Petrov on an oak chair in front of a large stone fireplace was lit above the spot where a large portrait of Stalin. The walls of the hall were covered with medieval weapons (leaf spring, shields, swords ,...), the ceiling stone was tall and thick arches acute; windows with Gothic windows were made by hand. There were dark wooden furniture inlaid ...
Petrov, dressed in his typical green military uniform and leather boots (similar to that of Stalin ...), took a bottle of crystal with inside a dark brown liquid and 2 glasses saying "This is not rumanovic vodka, but a liquor that are produced only here because only here in the northern woods grows a special wild berry that we call "Shushka" ", laid on the table between 2 armchairs and poured a bit to Kavinkov and him. Kavinkov said "Take a toast to the victory of our people" and Petrov added "Long live our proletarian friendship!" and drinked the liquor fell swoop. Kavinkov said: "Drat is really tasty and strong! It has a hint of juniper and at the same time is very sweet." Petrov said "This liquor is even more good, after a bear hunting trip ."

"So I can imagine Comrade Petrov. I've never gone bear hunting myself, but I hunt elk very often." Responded Kavinkov as he put down the cup. He took another look around the room and smiled to himself. Kavinkov had always loved medieval and rustic style buildings and this castle fit the bill perfectly. In a way, it reminded him of his estate back in Volzgrad where he would spend the Summers with his family and friends. He quickly turned to face Petrov and began to speak, "Comrade Petrov. While I most certainly enjoy exchanging pleasantries, we must unfortunately get down to business. Bulgislavia is in dire condition at the moment, and only our two nations united can hope to return Bulgislavia to its former 'glory'. While neither of us agree on some of their more brutal acts, we must save the people of Bulgislavia from the bloodthirsty leech that is Capitalism. We must unite and bring Socialism back to Bulgislavia no matter the cost. If necessary, we may make a compromise and possibly split the nation between Communist and Capitalist." Kavinkov stopped talking, waiting for the speech to sink in.

"I have already order two regiment of Railway Guards (train mechanized soldiers), approximately 8000 men to guard the Bulgislavian borders. If my reports are correct, then many of the loyal Socialists are fleeing to the neighboring nation of Bulgia. While this gives me hope that Bulgislavian Socialism will live on in another country, it also means that all of Bulgislavia will fall under Capitalism's dark shadow. We must do absolutely everything to ensure a loyal Communist government in either Bulgia or Bulgislavia."

Listen to the words of Kavinkov, Petrov immediately said "You are right companion! We must not miss a moment! Let's get to work." Petrov got up and pointed the way for Kavinkov: emerged from the room of Arms, crossed a long dark corridor with walls covered with tapestries and with high ceilings, and came before a big inlaid wooden arc; when the great wooden door eas opened, Petrov showed the hall to Kavinkov: "This is the hall of the Great Council, where in the past our oppressors feudal and imperialist realized our exploitation. Today we instead establish the end of these new enemies of people." The two leaders took place at the table large and spacious on which, from the ceiling, hung a gigantic chandelier in silver; before the table was another big fireplace on and on it was hung a gold emblem of a large hammer-sickle.
Petrov had accommodate Kavinkov and said: "The problem of Bulgislavia has 3 major facets:
1. need to restore socialism;
2. need to restore the independence and national sovranit;
3. need to give sincere workers and communists of a Bulgislavia their true homeland to begin the comeback to resume at their disposal in the country." At this point, Petrov made a sign with his hand and said "Pazshaulsta, kartku i lapis!"and immediately comrade Ryaskov brought a large map of Bulgislavia and a red pencil. Petrov then said "If you look at the map of Bulgislavia, we recognize that so far has been a greater presence of the imperialist enemy is the south-west near the sea, while in the north is stronger resistance pro-communist or anti-imperialist. To the north there is also the state of Bulgia, which seems to be at our side in the will to restore socialism and freedom of Bulgislavia Socialist if you still observed the paper carefully, we notice that the river Dobrok divides the country into two sharply and the only city that is placed on this river is the town of Plethece. Was an excellent idea your Kavinkov, to monitor the borders since everything is positively to the idea that we developed here in Rumanovia: realize a bipolar division of Bulgislavia. I intend to implement a northern socialist state Socialist that will be established after a plebiscite with capital Terevesti: will guide a secretary heads a United Front for the realization of Peace and Socialism - in which contribute to all former Communist Party mebers and sincere progressive anti imperialist - a socialist planned economy, an agreement of help with Bulgia and the possibility to reside here for all extradited from the southern new bourgeois regime. To the south of the river Dobrok instead will be established another state, with the capital would to be establish more foward, that is now characterized by the presence of a capitalist economic system. The Northern Socialist Bulgislavia full development possibilities being always connected to the sea and close to a friend; Southern Bulgislavia has possibility of not being "crushed" between 2 nations adverse and can have easy relations with Bulgaria which is a member of European Union. This will ensure the creation of a strong and new outpost for peace and socialism and stop the advance imperialist opponing a new Northern Bulgislavia that will rebuild socialism." Ending to speak, Petrov marked with the red pencil the possible division of country and suggested to Kavinkov: "The best way to facilitate this process is that your men railways facilitate the passage of bulgislavians north towards Terevesti and meanwhile will create a barrier along the river in accordance with the forces of resistance in the Bulgislavia. What suggest comrade? ".

"Impressive observation and strategy comrade. You have clearly thought this plan through." replied Kavinkov as Petrov finished speaking. "My only recommendation is that we try to use as little force as possible. We must not intimidate them, diplomacy and kindness will be our allies in this situation."

After Kavinkov replied, Petrov was about to take when word came comrade Ryaskov carrying a red telephone. He left on the map of great Bulgislavia the phone and said: "Comrade Petrov, is the comrade general Ugovsko at the phone. There must inform on major news in Bulgislavia." Petrov said on the phone and talked with Ugovsko. Completed saying "KarasciĆ² tovaresh!" Closed on the phone, he turned to all saying: "Comrades, in Bulgislavia there is a party which intends to rebuild socialism and communism implement faithfully and justness: is the Bulgislavian Labour Party directed by Dinu. All this greatly facilitates our task to restore the socialist regime as being a force already active and that is winning in Bulgislavia, it will be easier to restore revolutionary order." Soon after he added: "Comrade Ryaskov, you need to communicate the following at Bulgislavian Labour Party of Dinu:
1. need to fight together at all sincere progressives against the imperialists and traitors extremists;
2. join forces for the final victory: we rumanovians and, I think, even Volzgrad we are ready to support a large military;
3. make the Bulgislavian Labour Party of Dinu faithful to marxism-leninism-Mao tought, and Bulgislavia proletariat; they must adjust those falsehoods said about us in this regard of the Cigourovia.
Inform comrade Ugovsko that are clever person to be sent to speak with Dinu in Bulgislavia and command the troops on the place."
Just finished speaking, Petrov stood up with energy from the table and went to Kavinkov, embraced him and said: "Vasilij, we must act jointly with military Bulgislavia! We must not waste time! Coordineremo here from the mission side by side. The time of diplomacy is over: the armed people will defeat the invader imperialism and bourgeois traitors followers of the defeated Popec puppet!"
