The Regents of the Barbaric Empire of Xeraph do hereby Proclaim and Decree that a Reorganization of The Grand Alliance of Peace Through Strength be put forth.

The following nations are currently active members:

United Earthlings
Tarlag
Mandalore Prime
Findan
Shazbotdom
Leocardia
Xeraph
Vhammpyr


The Regents request that the above named nations indicate their desire to remain members of GAPTS. Only duly recognized representatives of the highest levels of government should respond.

If any nation that was once part of GAPTS was not named, but want to be a part of the reorganization, the representatives of those nations should indicate that intent by contacting The Regents of Xeraph via this page.

As this reorganization will include a more concise, simplified, revamped charter, the only stipulation to be noted at this point is the entry requirement of a population of at least two billion.

If there are any nations who were not members of GAPTS in the past, but wish to be so now, indicate this request on this page with the above stipulation in mind.

You are, of course, free to observe for as long as you need to make a decision. United Earthlings is a valued and highly esteemed member of GAPTS and is held in the highest regard within the alliance as well as in the Xeraphian Empire.

If you choose to stay with the alliance, be aware that UE will be bestowed the the highest favor available to GAPTS members, that status being included among the nobility of the Xeraphian Empire. Your Majesty will be entrusted with a title and lands appropriate for his rank.
