Tzar Zachary 1st has announced the approval of a plain to go on a world tour to get a better view of the world around him. Other then the tzar and his personal bodyguard, a couple others will come with him including a writer who will take notes of the tour and make it into a book!

we will accept 6 nations for this tour so its first come first serve and it is set to begin as soon as we have all the info ready.

His Excellency will visit: our capital Stalingrad (a masterpiece of socialist planned urban construction whit its long and wide prospectives and avenues, neo-gothic stalinist style skyscrapers and the Dom Populori - Peoples House in Proletarian Dictatorship Square: one of the biggest building in the World), and the historical city of Revolutzij (former capital of Rumanovia before the Great Socialist Revolution was realized here, whit its historical buildings of nineteenth century and the huge memorial to the "The great proletarian dawn"" where the Great Socialist Revolution is commemorated).
